"I am not a huge fan of sci-go but reading this book changed it. First of all the plot is amazing it’s not just about the infection and danger. It also shows the warmth and love in a family. If I start with William, he seems like a teen who is mature and caring. Even though he knew that it was dangerous he did everything to protect his siblings. Asher, he is still a child but not the stubborn type even if he is kinda annoying I love the fact that one stare from William can quite him down. William’s parents are so focused on their own fights but hidden beneath their anger is an unlimited love for their children. Carrie, Shane and his wife seems like amazing people too. They are really helpful. I am waiting for the other book of this series. Overall good job and keep it up Jesse. Msg to the author: Love your books it shows your talent. I believe if you were a character here you would probably be Will. In conclusion this book can be recommended to anyone. ☺️"
