"Come on get up!"

My hair is pulled roughly bringing me up to my aching feet.

Three days! It's been three bloody days of being dragged around by this foul smelling green Orc!

My nose scrunches up in pain as his thick fingers twist in my hair, forcing me to face him as i pull my lip up with a hiss.

"Useless human! you're so weak i could drag you the whole way without breaking a sweat" He lightly chuckles.

A gag forces it's way up my throat as he speaks "My god i know you might not care about your hygiene but can you PLEASE brush your teeth for those of us you spit at!"

His eyebrows tense together as he brings his free hand to his mouth, blowing out a breath he sniffs it before turning his head with a hidden cough.

"Told you!" I say covering my nose with my hand.

The Orc grunts as he lets go of my matted hair "Just a few more hours human and i'll be done with your constant whining! I hope Drax appreciates what a pain in my arses you've been!"

He turns to the cave entrance as the rain starts to ease off, wrapping my arms around my body i start to shiver.

Tensing my jaw i look down at this pathetic excuse for a dress, the fabric is so thin it's almost see through. With it being sleeveless with a high neck it brings me little to no warmth, I'm sure someone just cut holes in an old sheet!

I turn my head to look over at the embers left from last nights fire, before i could move closer to the last drops of heat i'm once again being barked at.

"Human come" He points to the ground next to him "We continue now!"

Sighing i dramatically throw my arms to my sides as i turn back to the cave opening, facing the Orc i sneer "It's still raining I'm going to get sick and die!

The beastly Orc laughs, not just a chuckle, no, but a full belly laugh making me huff in annoyance!

"Just move female, the rains nearly stopped!"

I roll my eyes as i start walking forward before stopping at the opening.

The Orc shoves me making me stumble forward, the wind and rain hits my face as my body trembles at the shock.

"Stupid Orc" i mumble as we head straight into the tree line.

Continuing our journey i think of the friend i left behind, we had been together since we lost the great war against the massive creatures.

The Orcs, Demons, Goblins and Trolls all came together to override mankind. In all honesty we didn't stand a chance!

Within a month all that was left of humanity was hidden away, the lucky ones fled underground. The not so lucky ones like me? Well we were enslaved.

I met my friend Sam at the mines, the men were sent down to extract coal while the women worked on the ground moving the materials around.

Many of the men died and were replaced quickly, They were used as simple tools as if their lives meant nothing.

I had been there for a few years before this Orc turned up in search of a pet for the 'dark lord' I'm sure i was only given to him because i annoyed the guards.

As the wind picks up i stumble and fall into a puddle full of thick mud. I scream as i quickly get to my feet "This is ridiculous!!" I shout stomping my foot.

"I'm soaked and cold and now covered in mud!"

The Orc sighs rolling his eyes. He grabs me by the waist and flings me over his shoulder like i weigh nothing.

"Let me go!!" I scream hitting his back and kicking my feet!

"I can run faster than you can walk! We'll be there in no time and i can finally hand you over! STOP moaning!" he says slapping the back of my thighs!

I jumped at the sudden sting "Did you just strike me!?" I gasp.

He doesn't bother answering, we just pick up speed as everything starts to blur past me. My stomach starts to churn as it bounces against his muscled shoulder.

After a few minutes my hands start to slip on the Orcs sweaty back as i try to push myself up.

"PUT ME DOWN!" I demand.

He just grunts in reply.

This is hell!

I never thought i'd wish to be back at the mines but this... This is worse! I'd rather be lugging around heavy bags of coal for endless hours rather than staring into an Orcs sweaty arse crack!

Argh!

After maybe an hour? He starts to slow down as i hear rushing water. He finally comes to a stop and places me on my feet by a calm part of a stream.

"Clean yourself up! You must look presentable for Drax!" He says sitting on a rock beside the flowing water.

I look down at myself raising an eyebrow "How the hell am i meant to make myself look better? Do you have anything else for me to wear?" I ask sarcastically while crossing my arms.

He huffs before getting up "Enough of your lip woman" He lifts me and drags me into the freezing water making me yelp as the liquid hits my skin. He drags me deeper and begins rubbing the mud off my body.

"I can do it you brute!" I scream and splash trying to get out of his arm that's wrapped tightly around my waist.

He suddenly lowers himself while dunking my head under the water! Swiftly pulling me back to the surface i gasp for air!

"You nearly drowned me!" I cough while brushing my wet brown hair back out of my face.

He walks back to the river bank and puts my feet on the ground "Stop talking! your voice is starting to hurt my ears!" He spits in a warning.

I fist my hands up at my sides feeling like a drowned rat as i shiver "At least YOU touched the water! You smell like you haven't bathed in years!" I tut crossing my arms as my teeth start to chatter.

The Orc lets out a low growl "MOVE" He says pointing towards the trees sternly.

I sigh and drop my arms before walking once more.

After around another hour my stomach starts to rumble, I've only eaten berries we've found along the way since we left the mines.

"I'm hungry, are there any more berries around here?" I ask looking around.

"It's not much longer now, then your master can feed you!"

I narrow my eyes at the big green oaf walking away from me, i look around and spot a brush with some plump purple grapes hanging from the vines.

Changing direction i head towards them with my mouth watering and my stomach complaining. As i reach out the bumbling idiot wraps his arm around my waist and lifts me into the air.

"For god sake let go!!" I scream.

"Are you trying to kill yourself? Those are poisonous to your kind!" He tuts "Stupid human" he throws me over his shoulder once more and starts running again.

"You stinking Orc i can walk!" I shout as i begin trying to scratch his back but my nails do nothing to his thick skin, sighing in defeat i let myself hang over his back like a ragdoll.

After a unknown amount of time of sickening speed he comes to a stop and puts me back down.

"Finally!" I sneer as i smooth my dress out.

At least i've managed to dry off a little.

"Come" he demands as he wraps a large hand around my arm.

I look up to a cave entrance, it has overgrown foliage either side but light seems to be coming from inside.

"I'd rather stay here thanks" i whisper while digging my heels into the loose soil.

My sudden panic makes him chuckle. "Now, now there's no need to get shy! We have finally arrived and i can be rid of your unpleasantness!" Dragging me forward i stumble as i try to pull back but it's pointless. His far too strong for me to fight.

Passing through the entrance he pulls me further down the moist tunnel. It has lit torches along the walls making it look like things are moving with each flicker.

My skin crawls as i feel something brush against my foot, i squeal and jump forward crashing into the Orc. He just moves faster and drags me so I'm almost running.

We finally enter a open space, with a hole above allowing sunlight to brighten the room.

"Drax how great to see you again" I hear the Orc sound happy for the first time since i met him, I peek out from behind him to see a huge black demon with two big horns curling back over his head.

"Shit!" A shiver covers my body as I step back but the Orcs grip tightens.

"What is it now Rathok?" The Demon huffs, "I'm not in the mood for your riff raff today!" he says looking over at a dead red body to his right.

My eyes scan around the room for an escape route but i find nothing.

"We''ll i heard from Ushnar that you" He clears his throat "Lost your last pet."

Drax whines walking over to a red skinned creature slumped on a chair, he pokes its arm with his finger making the corpse fall onto the floor.

"They're just so damn fragile, no matter what i do they die" He complains with a sad whimper.
