Chapter 1 The Cold Prince Of Zhejiang University
Mornings in Shanghai are always strangely beautiful. Sunlight hitting the tall glass buildings made the whole city look like a shiny dream. Small coffee shops on the roadside, Busy people, fast cars- everything had a modern rhythm to it.
Today, in that same city, Lin Xiaoyu was about to start a new life.
Standing in front of the mirror,she fixed her hair. Soft brown- black hair fell to her shoulders. In a white oversized sweater and light blue jeans ,she looked surprisingly cute.But her expression ?
Pure nervousness.
Today was her first day at Zhejiang University . One of the most prestigious private Universities in China. Kids from rich families , genius students , celebrity trainees - everyone studies here.
And Xiaoyu ?
She just wants to graduate peacefully.
Her mom yelled from outside the door --" Xiaoyu! Hurry up! being late on the first day isn't good !"
-"coming !"
She slung her bag over her shoulder and rushed out.
She had no idea - This very morning would turn her entire college life upside down.
Xiaoyu forgot to breath for a few seconds when she saw the main campus of Zhejiang University. Huge glass buildings . Students taking photos by the fountain.
Luxury cars everywhere. And excitement all over campus.
"Wow..."
She whispered softly.
Right then her phone vibrated.
A message from her best friend.
-"Find a handsome guy on day one 😏"
Xiaoyu scrunched her face in embarrassment and was about to reply.
And then -
Bump!
- "Ah!"
The iced americano in her hand spilled all over someone standing in front of her.
The whole area went silent in an instant.
Xiaoyu's body went cold.

She slowly looked up.
And then -
Her heart stopped for a second.
The boy was dangerously handsome.Black hair.Fair skin.Sharp jawline.
And cold,deep eyes- like he didn't need to see anyone's feelings.
Coffee was dripping down his black designer shirt.But his expression didn't change.
He looked down and stayed quiet for a few seconds. Then he slowly raised his head.
_"You did that on purpose?"
Low , cold voice.
Xiaoyu felt like her soul was about to leave her body.
_"No! No! I didn't see you! I'm so sorry!"
Suddenly she heard a hushed voice from the side
_"Oh my God.... that's Gu Zhen..."
In a moment, Whispers spread everywhere.
Gu Zhen.
The most untouchable guy at Zhejiang University.
Top student.
Chaebol family heir.
Campus prince.
And terrifyingly cold.
Rumours say no girl has ever held his attention for more than three minutes.
Some say he's arrogant.
Some say emotionless.
