Two cave men fought over some fish one of them hunted. Another tried to break up the fight, only to fail miserably. They split the fish in half amongst each other and ate it, all the while mumbling spiteful grunts. A fleshy invisible blob rose from the ground. Their hatred took a shape...
A sort of strange pale form. The blob grew two eyes. It looked at the form of a long haired cave man and decided to mimic it. It latched onto his hairy back and copied the form, only it had blue hair instead of black. The cave man’s skin suddenly bubbled. The thing jumped back in shock once the Neanderthal exploded. All the other cavemen screamed in fear and had no clue how their comrade exploded.
The blue haired creature gasped in surprise. It’s frown slowly turned into a smile as it laughed. Laughed like a baby first playing peekaboo. The thing touched and blew up more Neanderthals, causing the rest to run away.
The creature needed more things to play with. It wanted more creatures to turn into. Days went by as the cursed creature shape-shifted into different animals and killed them just for fun. It soon taught itself how to transform souls into different tools. Days turned into months, and months turned into years.
It soon learned what gender was, so they decided to call themselves a “he”. He felt a sick pleasure the more he discovered, like he was on top of the world. They saw society grow as civilizations expanded. He avoided natural disasters by shape-shifting and often stalked people of different ages. Families bonding together made him cringe, and he didn’t know why. Schools fascinated him since all sorts of fights went on there. He shifted into his kid form so he wouldn’t seem suspicious.
He decided to learn more about society by stealing books from a school. His home? The cursed being never had one. He always traveled from place to place. He learned how to speak and discovered what he’d call himself from a book.
“Huh... Mahito. Yeah! I like the sound of that!” The cursed being gave a wicked smirk. Suddenly, Mahito heard a wheel barrow being pushed. His nostrils flared as he could smell the familiar stench of cursed energy, as two men in black kimonos whispered to each other. Mahito enlarged his ear to listen in.
“Are you sure this brain needs to be burried away?” A man with a black mustache softly asked.
“It’s a cursed brain, it might be a danger to us all! You found it just smack in the middle of the forest! It... it’s literally got a mouth. No sorcerer wants a brain with a mouth!” A man with a long black ponytail said. He was pushing said wheelbarrow.
“Brain with a mouth...? Brains, grey matter! Yeah yeah I read about those!” Mahito happily whispered. He tip toed behind the two. He slowly stretched his neck to peep at what was inside the wheelbarrow. His heterochronic globes widened in shock. It was a brain in a jar, emanating a LOT of negative cursed energy. It was crying in a soft male voice, as if it was trapped.
‘Out. It wants out. Those two can see the cursed spirit, but they can’t hear it?!’ Mahito angrily thought. He could feel the hatred for these two strangers deep inside his soul, already.
He was about to touch one of them, only for the mustachioed fellow to turn around. Mahito swiftly shape-shifted into a dragonfly.
“Did you hear that, Kamo-kun? Sounded like a child’s footsteps!”
“Yeah but... there’s no child near this part of the village. How odd. Let’s just hide this brain, Inko.”
‘Kamo...Inko... Good. I got their names.’
The two men walked further away from the village. Mahito followed them, focusing intensely on the wheelbarrow. Kamo and Inko stopped in the middle of a field and began digging with their sorcery. Mahito was about to murder them, when suddenly, the brain telepathically said ‘Stop!’.
‘Huh? Who said that?!’
‘It was me, kid. Right here!’ The voice sounded deep and masculine.
Mahito glanced down at the jar. He raised a light blue eyebrow.
‘I’m not a kid. I’m a curse. I can take on many forms. Why shouldn’t I kill them, though? You sound so sad!’ He tried not to make a sound as the men kept digging.
‘Before you even try murdering them, think about the value one of their bodies hold for me!’
‘Value?’
‘My name is Kenjaku! Just Kenjaku! I have an innate technique called Mind control! I did this with animals before! Don’t take out both men! Just cut off Kamo’s breathing source, kill him, and you’ll see what I mean! I never did this with humans, but... It’s worth a try! Make sure his friend doesn’t know what’s coming!’ The brain urgently said.
‘Breathing source? Doesn’t know what’s coming, eh? Well. I’ve got the perfect form for that.’ Mahito evilly smirked before turning into a gnat.
Kamo halted digging once he saw Mahito buzz. He swatted at the “bug” when suddenly it zipped down his throat.
“Kamo-kun?! Kamo, breathe!!” Inko immediately pat his friend’s back.
Mahito turned into a small blob, blocking his windpipe. Kamo was unable to breathe in oxygen and his friend failed to get Mahito out.
“Come on come on! In through the nose instead! Oh no he’s gone blue!” Inko teared up. He immediately took Kamo back to the village. Mahito oozed out of the man’s ear, roughly falling near the hole in the ground.
“Eww... Job done. Now what?” Mahito wiped the bodily fluids off himself.
‘Take me towards where they’re going, and follow them. Once Kamo is alone, open my jar. Then I’ll be able to Mind control his body.’
Mahito picked up the jar. He carefully inspected the pulsing grey matter. It had a tooth filled frown on it with horse like teeth. He stared in fascination since he’s never seen a curse like this.
’Hello? What are you waiting for?! I’m not that pretty!′
‘Right right! Sorry!’ Mahito thought in embarrassment. He followed Inko’s footprints towards the village. Mahito shape-shifted to hide with the glass jar in various places, before settling near a medical hut. His grey and blue eyes peeped into a window. A nurse said something to Inko as Kamo laid in bed. Inko held back tears, but nodded at her. She left the room.
‘This is getting freaking boring... can I slaughter Inko so he could be out of the way?’ Mahito puffed his stitched cheeks.
‘Sure, just try not to leave too much-’
Mahito used Inko’s body as a jacket. Inko gasped as he felt a split second of his skin expanding. Mahito clawed at the body’s inner workings and instantly busted it open with his hands. He played with the large intestine like a yo-yo.
‘...Blood.’ Kenjaku sighed.
‘What? You can always wash Kamo’s body up!’
‘And WHERE would we hide the other body?’
‘I can turn human souls into weapons or blobs for safe keeping! As for all the blood, I dunno! But time to let you out!’ Mahito opened the jar.
Kenjaku breathed in the fresh air, dripped a strange liquid, then grew four clawed legs. Mahito watched with wide eyes as the grey brain crawled onto Kamo’s dead body. Kenjaku spat out an acid-like substance, opening up the mustached man’s cranium. Mahito turned Inko’s dead body into a pocket knife, before glancing back at Kamo.
The man’s forehead was stitched close by a mysterious black thread. The old brain was absorbed by Kenjaku. The blue haired curse nearly shat himself once Kamo’s body sprang up. Kenjaku (who was now Kamo) glanced at Mahito with a baffled look. His dark brown eyes quaked, as if getting use to his surroundings. He tried to walk, but wobbled. Mahito had to help Kenjaku get used to it. He showed the curse how to crawl out the window, leaving the once clean emergency room an absolute bloody mess.
The two held hands and jumped into a nearby hotspring. They washed off there, only for an old man to kick them out.
“Ah ha ha ha! We’re running! Ah ha ha ha!” Mahito giggled.
“Uhh... yes? I guess that’s a fun thing? I used to run from predators!” Kenjaku panted. He wasn’t used to having a heart and lungs that big.
“Oh, lighten up, Kenjaku! Come on, let’s go find somewhere to crash!”
“I see this man’s memories... Noritoshi Kamo lived up there. In that temple.” Kenjaku pointed.
“Then let’s skiddadle!” Mahito dragged him forward.
To non-sorcerers, it appeared as though Kenjaku was being dragged by thin air.
The scene faded to an enslaved village. Several women and men were lined up in front of Ryoman Sukuna as chains shackled their feet and wrists together. He got down from his black throne and inspected them each.
“No.” Sukuna said to a male monk.“Ugh...”“Hate your hair.” Sukuna said to a dragonfly woman.“HAVE MY KIDS!”
“And let me guess, you have a great personality?”“I live only to serve the strongest and face the strongest. Nothing more, nothing less.” A short man with a bowl cut said.“...Really now? What’s your name?” Sukuna smirked, kneeling to their height.“Uraume Kamo, sir. I am the fifth son of the Kamo clan and second cousin. If I link to the Sukuna clan, it will be a glorious reign for this land.” He said with his eyes closed.
“Open your eyes, young man. Look at me.” Uraume opened them. They were usually fushia with feminine eyelashes.
“Good. Glad to see you followed your first order.”
“No no! Please! Lord Sukuna! My glorious king! Look at me instead!” The dragonfly sorceress flew around Sukuna. She was light skinned, half naked with only a kimono covering her breasts. Sukuna slapped her away with all four arms. She landed in a mountain, leaving a crater. The other slaves stayed silent, the woman’s red hot broken chains left on the ground.
“Will Yorozu be fine, Master?” Uraume frowned.
“She will be. She can regenerate. Also, yes, I am your master. And you may treat me as such. Do me another favor, and lighten up.” Sukuna licked the blood off his claws.
“I can’t lighten up when I’m not allowed to be myself. Like I said, I live to serve.”
“Can’t be yourself? Is this the foul work of the clan? Why don’t you say we put those people in their damn place? First off... you other folks are dismissed. I have no use for you.”
Sukuna snapped his purple claws, causing the chains to be broken. The people ran off as Yorozu ran back to him. She hugged his buff arm.“My body is yours, Ryomen Sukuna!” She cooed.
“Has she... always been with you, Mister Sukuna?” Uraume raised a blonde eyebrow.
“Gods to the damnit yes! Ever since I got stronger! Even when I enslaved this place she stalked me and-”
Suddenly there was screaming in the distance. Sukuna bared a sharp toothed smile as he leapt onto a rooftop. Uraume used his ice powers, following his new master. Yorozu formed herself some green bug armor, flying after the two.
From there, the trio saw a bunch of Kamo family members screaming and exploding. Kenjaku sat on a rock, twirling a parasol.
“Oooo... Uraume. You seem to be finally smiling. Why’s that?”
“Because if they die... I can finally be me.”
“They gave you birth-”
“Then told me not to change my gender. Is that really a life you’d want me to live?”
“... I like you already.”
“Sukuna, please don’t choose this femboy over me-”
“SHUT UP, YOROZU!” Uraume and Sukuna yelled at her.
