Chapter 1 THE ATTRACTION...
Bella is in touch with some of her intermediate friends. One of them is Michel. He is like a
brother to Bella. He is too a singer but not that famous. Bella and Michel video call each other
sometimes. One day, they were on a call and were bored. So, Michel told Bella that he would
join in a call website and talk to some strangers. ‘You stay in the call. I will talk with them. It will
be fun. You just listen.’ Told Michel to Bella. ‘Okey, bro.’ replied Bella. Michel joined in it and
started talking to people. They didn’t know Bella could listen and see them. Then came a guy,
who was trying to play guitar. His name was Luke. Michel started talking to Luke, ‘Hey, nice to
meet you. I’m Michel.’ ‘Hello. I’m Luke. Nice to meet you too. I’m from Nepal. What about you?’
Asked Luke. Michel replied, ‘Wow, I’m from India. Well, I’m a singer. Are you a guitarist? I saw u
playing the guitar just now.’ Luke replied shyly, ‘No I’m not. But yeah, I want to become one. Are
you really a singer? Oh my god. I’m talking with a singer.’ Bella was listening everything and
started having a crush on Luke. Michel laughed and said, ‘I’m not joking, bro. I’m serious. I can
give you a chance to be a guitarist if you are okey.’ ‘Yeah, sure. I want to. Wait, let me sing a
song while playing the guitar.’ Luke replied and started singing. Bella liked Luke’s voice and asked
Michel to compliment him behalf of her. Michel complimented Luke and said,’ My sister wanted
me to say this to you. She loves your voice it seems.’ Luke smiled, ‘Thank you. But where is your
sister? I can’t see her.’ ‘She isn’t here actually. We are in call. I’m screen sharing now, so that’s
why. Well take my insta id so that we can stay in touch.’ Michel told Luke. ‘Yeah sure. Bye then,
let’s talk some other time then.’ Said Luke and they ended the call. Michel asked Bella, ‘Did you
ever compliment me like that Bella? Tell me the truth, you like him, right?’ He teased Bella.
‘Stop it, bro. I really like his voice. And also, I have seen him only once that too just now. Even
though your voice is good, I won’t compliment cause sisters are like that only.’ Bella replied
laughing. They talked for some time and ended the call. Both Michel and Bella go to different
colleges now, so they don’t meet much.
