Thrilling
"This story is a pretty short read, so if you want a taste of a quick story on your lunch break or something like that this would be a good fit. The story is pretty solid, and quite enjoyable, and does a good job with its short and subtle imagery, upping the stakes and really letting you feel like you are the one in the center of it all. "
Tomorrow Never Came
"This writer is superb at building suspense and keeping her tale taunt and believable. We find a young woman, happily making breakfast for a family she clearly loves, a normal day, starting off just fine like any other day then...a mysterious phone call disrupts, not on the morning...but her life. Her family's life and throws the woman into a terror filled ride of hair-raising doubt, fear and lies. Phone call after phone call deepens the despair and danger. Secret notebooks, old photographs, missing elderly gentleman and a secret key leads our protagonist deeper into a mystery that perplexes and intrigues. I usually leave an encouraging comment on each chapter. I found myself turning pages faster than I could read because I had to see what the heck was going on and why. Do I recommend this read? I double dog dare you NOT to begin it and not keep going... The writer's style is mesmerizing, like the perfect Alfred Hitchcock mystery where no one knows what's going on until the very last page...or reel of film. "
