This novel contains topics that may be disturbing to some readers. Here is a list of them:
● Depression and dark thoughts.
● Harassment is addressed in a clear and direct manner.
● Physical assaults are, for the most part, addressed in legal terms or with police terminology.
● Physical and mental torture.
● Murder—I won’t go into details, but these incidents are presented within a legal context.
● Manipulation and blackmail.
● Rape and sexual abuse under the influence of drugs.
● Some characters make morbid and violent remarks.
This novel in no way condones these behaviors, and I strongly condemn them. I wrote it for therapeutic purposes to completely free myself from the burden of these wounds, but also as a preventive measure.
I wrote this novel, which had haunted me for years, out of a need to express emotions I had suppressed for so long. If you are a victim of bullying at school, don’t hesitate to surround yourself with supportive people who will listen to you.
