The last night of knight
1. When Light meets Darkness
In dark sky,
Where all stars lie
making it bright
indeed it was not an ordinary night.
Singing myself I dreamed
Suddenly my cat screamed,
Startled, I saw a kite
In that enigmatic night.
As wind blowed,
her face glowed.
she pulled the kite
with all of her might .
Oh my dear come to me,
Said my mother with a glee .
Lost in thoughts I finished the glass of milk
Then hurried to see lady in the silk
Unlike my first sight ,
there was not any kite
but an evil knight
Who didn't appeared to be right .
My eyes searched for her
there she was with no fear.
Looking back to me ,
targeted by an enemy.
She dodged the attack
Changed in spear kite came back.
She catched the spear
perhaps left by saints and her seers,
Yet no abrasion on their face
I quitely observed their prowess .
Aiming towards the knight ,
She hurled the spear while the epic fight .
He laughed and she cried
a destiny that couldn't be denied,
She stabbed spear in his chest
and at that moment I breathed in rest .
There was something more
that I couldn't ignore.
She held his hand
gazing at wounds that couldn't be mend .
For the woods I abscond
Wanted to know there bond .
2.Shadow that remaines
"you were always right"
said the wounded knight.
"It was not my will
yet I kill ,
because I were choosen"
said the maiden .
"you are dominable
And for this only I was capable,
as a sister who loved her brother
Will not let anyone else bother".
"Brother you just said,
Still accepted me I am glad"
knight turned to her,
"I am a traitor,
"I am destruction,
You are salvation.
Since that night
when we last fight ,
fate was written
and you were choosen.
They knew your prowess is bright
You would stop me using your whole might ,
you were different from others
Who couldn't accept a traitor
as his beloved brother
isn't it true my little other .
when I choosed darkness and violence
You were on path of peace and silence ,
I remember when you said
You will break my bones if I will ever do bad ".
"once you lighted my soul in endless ways
and I will love you always
so, when you choosed darkness
I followed you as light ,
and discovered your darkside ,
this time I wanted to be your guide
I am follower of love and peace
this is all I preach ".
"My soul is unforgivable ,
Scars I have left are unforgettable.
Now I give up on life
My hands stained red in endless strife.
You always looked with those bright eyes
While I gave you cold stares and destroyed many lives ,
You always opened the doors of wisdom to me
Yet I ended up as your enemy".
"Enough, you have said.
Your guilt you revealed
that makes me still,
a brother I once adored
in my prayers you will always be restored
Your body, you will leave,
but your soul will look on me
like before I believe .
Now forgive yourself as well
and let me bid you a farewell
have a new beginning and
atone for your sins in the far away land ".
"It hurted the most whenever I stared cold
In your sparkling eyes ,
Gaps of time yet you were a part of me
If people of new world look same as you on me
You will be the one I will always behold".
His presence felt warm yet cold
His eyes lingered at her ,
untill her trembling Soft hands turned them off
fallling tears spoke as she wept in silence .
She held him in her arms
and let her eye lids fall .
At another glance she vanished
and this was all.
Night was gone with new sunrise
that let me Open my eyes
I found myself in my bed
On wet pillow, perhaps tears I had shed.
I yawned and stretched ,caught in gleam
Still wondering was it a dream?
