Chad the ANT : Among the Animals

Chad the ant stood at the edge of the big, bright garden. He lifted his tiny antennae and felt the warm, happy air. Everything in New Jerusalem was safe. Everything was peaceful. No one was ever scared.

Maya, his wife, walked behind him. She carried a tiny bag made from soft drops of morning dew. Dot and Pip, their children, ran in circles and giggled.

"Stay close," Chad said. He was not worried. He just liked keeping his family near him.

Dot pointed up. "Papa, look! The sky is glowing again!"

The clouds above them shined with gold light. It looked like the sky was singing.

Chad smiled. "That means today will be a good day."

Pip jumped on a small pebble. "Every day is a good day now!"

The ant family walked through the tall green grass. The grass looked like giant green towers to them. They heard beetles talking, butterflies floating, and birds singing happy songs.

Then the ground made a deep rumble.

Dot stopped. Pip's antennae shook.

Maya touched Chad's shoulder. "Something big is coming."

Chad stood tall. He knew nothing could hurt them, but he wanted to be ready.

The rumble got louder. The grass moved apart like curtains.

A huge face came down toward them.

A tiger.

His fur was bright and shiny. His eyes were warm and kind. He smiled a soft, friendly smile.

"Well now," the tiger said, "I didn't know I would meet a whole ant family today."

Dot gasped. Pip fell into a clover.

Chad bowed. "Hello. I am Chad. This is Maya, Dot, and Pip."

The tiger lay down so he would not seem too big. "My name is Talon. I walk in these gardens a lot. But I have never met ants who talk."

Maya smiled. "All animals can talk now. The world is healed."

Talon's tail swished happily. "Then today is special. I want to explore the far fields. The rivers are glowing with new colors. Would you like to come with me?"

Dot stepped forward. "Can we really come?"

Talon nodded. "Yes. Adventures are more fun with friends."

Chad felt excited. "Lead the way, Talon. We will follow."

Talon stood up slowly. He was big like a mountain, but gentle like a soft breeze. He walked carefully so the ants could keep up.

As they walked, Pip whispered, "We are going on an adventure with a tiger."

Dot smiled. "Papa said today would be a good day."

The ant family walked beside their new friend, ready to see the wonders of New Jerusalem — a world full of light, joy, and friends of every size.

Their adventure was just beginning.

EPISODE TWO — A Ride Through the Shiny City

Talon, the big friendly tiger, stopped walking and looked back at the tiny ant family.

"Would you like to ride on my back?" he asked. "It will be easier for you."

Chad smiled. "Yes, thank you."

Dot and Pip cheered. "A tiger ride!"

Maya laughed softly. "Hold on tight, little ones."

The ants climbed up Talon's soft fur. They sat between his shoulders. His fur felt warm, like sunshine. Talon walked slowly so they would not bounce too much.

New Jerusalem looked even bigger from up high. The streets were shiny. The trees were tall. The lights in the sky glowed like tiny stars, even though it was daytime.

"This is fun!" Pip said, eating a crumb he found in Maya's bag.

Dot pointed ahead. "Look! A building with green lights!"

Talon nodded. "That is an Irish‑style pub. People go there to eat and talk."

Chad looked at Maya. "Maybe we can find crumbs inside."

Maya nodded. "Yes. We are small. We only need tiny crumbs."

Talon stopped in front of the pub. Music played inside. People laughed. The windows glowed warm yellow.

"We will go in," Chad said. "But you should wait here. We are very small. We will find a tiny way inside."

Talon smiled. "I will stay right here."

The ant family climbed down from his back. They walked toward a tiny crack in the street. It was so small that only ants could fit.

"We will be back soon!" Dot said.

Then they disappeared into the crack.

Talon sat outside the pub. He watched people come and go. Hours passed, but he did not mind. He liked watching the happy city.

A man walked out of the pub. He had dark skin, a big round belly, and a fluffy white beard. He looked like a friendly black Santa Claus. He waved at Talon.

"Good evening, big friend," the man said.

Talon nodded politely.

A few minutes later, another person came out. This one looked like a walking cat. She had whiskers, soft ears, and a tail.. He smiled at Talon too.

Talon blinked. "This pub has very interesting guests," he said to himself.

Soon, the sky turned dark. The street lights glowed bright.

Then Talon saw movement.

A tiny hole in the street opened, and the ant family climbed out. They carried crumbs on their backs—little cookie crumbs, bread crumbs, and even one tiny piece of cheese.

"We found snacks!" Pip said proudly.

Dot giggled. "And we didn't take anything. They were just left on the floor."

Chad nodded. "We are ready to go."

Talon lowered himself so they could climb up again. The ants hopped onto his back and sat down with their crumbs.

"You must have gone through a tiny pipe," Talon said. "That crack was very small."

Chad nodded. "Yes. It was perfect for ants."

Talon began walking again. The ants ate their crumbs happily as the tiger carried them through the glowing streets of New Jerusalem.

Dot leaned back and sighed. "This is the best day ever."

Pip nodded. "We are riding a tiger at night!"

Maya smiled. "And we have snacks."

Chad looked at the bright city around them. "Let's see where Talon takes us next."

The tiger walked into the night, carrying his tiny friends on his back, ready for the next part of their adventure.
