Jaded Gods

In a place where only celestial beings and the likes has access to, Elysium.

There's a gathering of gods known as "Conclave of the gods" that's being held.

Child like looking god- Bahhhh! I can't take this anymore! I'm bored! We should create something to relieve this boredom....

Intelligent looking god- don't you have alot of toys and computers to play with?

Child like looking god- yeah but the games I'm playing taking forever to update, I want something different!

Techy looking god- well you can't rush the developers or their works will be compromised.

Old looking god- what's the commotion about folks?

Proper looking god-The Kid is bored, again.

Mischievous looking god- I have an idea that I'm thinking of for so long, maybe that'll shut up that brat hehe

Sometimes I wanna wring his neck.

Heroic looking god- calm down now sir, we gods have an oath to not hurt fellow gods now remember.

Old looking god- well whatever it is the mischievous one has in mind, it can't be worse than having to listen to that kid complaining.

Intelligent looking god- sounds like a bad idea ever listening to that sly guy, oh well, we're gods anyways, the things that could hurt us can be counted with the fingers of a single hand.

Well? let's hear it from the mischievous one then.

Mischievous looking god-

hehehe ok then.

I know sources of infinite entertainment.

Conflicts, wars and anything in between amongst mortals with limited lives.

Their puny lives and how they cling to it.

and how greed and wrath and many other sins snatch it away from them!

Ohohoho the drama, It fuels me!

But how can we get those precious sources of entertainment you ask?

Well let's just create a world where we can tinker anything in it.

Each of us can build a nation, or rather a whole continent! Not the whole world though leave some space for other gods. Nyahahhaha!

Heroic looking god- What in bloody heavens are you talking about! I'm opposed to this idea, it's everything I stand against!

Mischievous looking god- hold on right there kind sir, remember the oath of the gods? Muwehehehahaha!

Child like looking god- I like it! Let's do it, ooohh I wanna build lands of my own and creatures! I'll make them so stronger, they'll conquer all your lands!

Yahahha!

Intelligent looking god- indeed a bad idea....

Old looking god- seems like the gods have opposing stands against the proposal.

That means one thing,

Voting shall commence!

Proper looking god- oh boy!

Techy looking god- let's get this over with I have things to do.

And so, the voting commenced immediately.

And the result is.

Nine in favor.

Seven opposed.

Old looking god- and so it is decided! a world where gods can create lands and creatures of their liking shall be created.

Heroic looking god- leave me out of this, I'm leaving.

Intelligent looking god- (sighs) oh well, I'll help with the creation, I'll do it since you'll bother me if I don't, especially this kid.

Child like looking god- Yay! Ooohh I would have alot of fun with this!!

Fae goddess- finally my dream of creating life would come true, I can't wait, let us start immediately.

Intelligent looking god- yeah let's do it, you all come to my realm and let's start creating that world already, I know how things works with planets and whatnots but I don't have enough divine energy to construct it.

So let's get this thing done, I have things to do as well.

And so the gods went into the intelligent one's realm to plan and create the planet they desired.

With all the divine energy and collaboration of the gods, it only took a few days for them to construct an impossibly large planet, which shall be called "Mundus Belli"

And so the story of the gods that are bored and the world that would birth legends and powerful beings begins.
