Inside Your Heaven

The dead of winter set in at Ericson Boarding School for troubled youth. A blizzard struck the school over the past few days. Making it hard to do anything. Hunting has been limited. Even Omar stopped cooking by the fire because of the frigid temps. Maya is paired up with Aasim to scout for food. Any prey will do. But the wind is so harsh that it’s hard to see through a blanket of whiteness. The bitter winter is nipping at Maya’s fingertips as she buries them in a wool-like pair of mittens Ruby manages to find in one of the school’s old closets. Not much is available, so only people out hunting need them most. Even then, it is not enough to keep out the cold bite from the stiff wind from the north. Maya wishes she were back at Ericson, warm by the fire.
WHOOOOOOOO The wind howled at her back as more snow blew away her vision, and she couldn’t see. Fuck, I can’t see where I am going. This storm is way stronger than I anticipated. Maya reached for the ends of her jacket and pulled it over her face as the wind picked up.
She walked toward Aasim, softly raising her voice against the harsh, stiff wind, to her hunting partner, “Anything?!” Maya huffed in her hands as it grew colder the longer she stayed out in these harsh elements.
Aasim shook his head as he, too, pulled on the heavy jacket he had borrowed from Louis. “No. Not these two rabbits that were already dead in the snares from the frigid cold. We can’t do anything in this fucking blizzard.”
“Shit,” Maya said, discouraged. She knew what she was signing on to when joining Clementine and the rest of Ericson. “Well, I guess we are going to have to ration what we got. We can’t do anything in this storm or see anything. We have to wait until morning, when the storm clears. And I don’t want to stay out in this cold any longer than I have to and get frostbite.” Maya yells over the howling wind.
Aasim looks at her, worried, but he, too, agrees. He picks up the two dead frozen rabbits, and Maya leads the way through the storm. They traveled a bit, but the familiar walls soon came into view. Maya rushed to open the gate to let Aasim in. And she quickly shuts it and locks it in place. Definitely no walkers in sight. Which is a good sign. Both Maya and Aasim walk across the empty courtyard as a blanket of snow blows into their faces from the thick drifts on the roofs. WOOOSH. Aasim nudges his head to the cellar, where they temporarily store the meat. Omar dries out the meat, and everyone gets jerky on these bitterly cold days. Keeps the meat somewhat chilled and fresh.
Aasim turns to Maya as he grabs the kills from her hand. As he softly spoke to her, “I will let Omar know. You get inside and warm up. Don’t want the best hunter around here to get frostbite. I like having you as a hunting partner. You haul in good finds.” Aasim smiles at Maya as he really means it.
Maya returns a soft smile as she replies, “Thanks. Don’t stay out too long. Wouldn’t want Clem to be down a man as well.”
“I won’t. Putting these hares on ice, and then getting the fuck inside and by my girlfriend’s side.” Aasim said as he shivered.
Maya nods and soon leaves Aasim to somewhat bury their catch as she turns in. She manages to close the door when a harsh wind kicks in snow from the brutal blizzard. “Fucking hell. Jack Frost and your fucking blizzard! God.” Maya shivers and blows hot air from her lungs into her frozen hands. It is still somewhat frigid in the dorm halls, but it is enough to block the harsh wind and keep the Ericson kids safe for now. Clementine, Aasim, and all agreed to have metal containers in each dorm room for small fire pits for heat until the harsh cold days end. Aasim is working with Willy and Aniya on a plan to convert the old furnace in the basement into a wood-burning stove. To generate heat for all the dorm rooms. But he hasn’t succeeded yet.
Maya places the bow down near a window as snow and ice cover the flooring. They moved the weapons inside to keep the cold away. Maya and Aniya make more with what they can find, and Maya’s sister, Aniya, is good at turning stones into arrowheads, as their ancestors did. For better arrow tips, and when spring comes around, they make better points to spear fish. Spring seems a long way off as Maya knows it is well into early February. Some nights she can tell, but by the movement and shifting of the star constellations’ location.
Maya stood there a bit longer than she liked as Clementine came out of her room, looking at her. She softly spoke, breaking Maya’s concentration. “Find anything out in this weather?”
Maya snapped her gaze off the bow and looked at her leader as she gave Clementine her report. “We managed to find two rabbits, but I’m afraid that is all, Clem. I wish we had a more successful mission than this. But Aasim and I can’t do anything until the winter storm passes us. It’s damn hard to see where we were, and way too cold to be out scouting for food. Not unless we get dangerously sick, or worse, frostbite. Animals also bunker down when it is this cold and don’t venture out of the safety of their burrows unless they have to. They tend to seek shelter when storms are this bad, as they try to survive themselves.” Maya looks down and hugs her father’s tribal jacket close to her freezing-cold body to preserve heat. “I know. Had many experiences hunting in the harsh winters in the Rockies with my father.”
Clementine sighs softly as she draws closer to the older Lakota teen and reaches out to touch Maya’s cold hands. “You and your sister did plenty before the storm came. Don’t ever think you didn’t do enough, Maya. Because you did. I kind of figured a harsh winter day would hit us eventually. We are not immune to whatever hell Mother Nature throws at us. Even during a fucking apocalypse. Sometimes Mother Nature can be a cruel bitch to us all.” Clementine said, and it got a little chuckle out of Maya just then, as Maya agreed to that statement.
Clementine softly squeezed Maya’s forearm to reassure her that Clementine was right to invite her into the group. “Without you coming into the group, Maya, I don’t know how we would have managed. I was right to add you and your sister to the group. We needed you more than I realized.” Clementine looks at her newest companion with admiration. A genuine appreciation passed between the two teens. Then Clementine adds, “I might be rusty on early US history, as I should have asked Lee more about it. But did your people in your tribe ever tell you how your ancestors lived before modernized technology?”
Maya opens up a smile, “No, I wish. I wish I could seek out advice from my great-great-great-grandparents before modernization. I honestly don’t know how they lived back then. And that was out west in the mountains. The Teton, to be exact. With really cold winters harsher than here.” Maya half-jokes with Clementine. She looks at her leader, “We will make it. We are all strong. We will get through this. Besides, Aasim reassured me he is making progress on that wood stove thing in the basement. So that is promising.”
“Hehe. Yeah. I won’t hold my breath on that. By the time he finishes with his home improvement ‘project,’ it will be spring. But it’s nice to know the update,” Clementine said with an amusing chuckle, which both of them snickered at. Then Clementine cleared her throat and nodded for Maya’s well-deserved rest. “Well, you deserve rest, and I will see if the storm clears up tonight. Tomorrow I will send your sister and Louis out, along with Willy, to see if prey is out and about. For now, we can survive on jerky and the veggies in the greenhouse until it is safe enough for Omar to cook stew again.”
Maya nods silently and moves away from the window as she starts to walk down the hallway toward Violet’s room. She pauses before turning the corner. She softly asked as she addressed Clementine once more. “What about watch shifts?”
Clementine looks back at her before going down into the basement for some food. She shrugs. “Well, I don’t think walkers will be aggressive enough to get into the gates. They seemed to move very sluggishly in the freezing cold, like alligators. We can survive a few days without watch patrols. At least in these dangerous cold temps. I don’t want anyone getting sick or frostbite here. When it gets above 0, I can allow lookout shifts again. At least thermotators still work around here. So, enjoy your rest, Maya. I’m sure Violet will love your company.” Clementine teases the older teen about her romance with her best friend.
Maya blushed at that and no longer felt cold in the fingertips at the warm thought of Violet’s sweet embrace, holding her. It is well known by now that the two girls are in love, and whenever they have a romantic moment out in the courtyard, AJ and Alicia will, in unison, yell out, ‘Eww, get a room!’ Violet shows her rebel self and gives AJ the middle finger. As she kisses Maya again. At least Tennessee approves of his somewhat big sister’s new romance with Maya. Took him a bit to warm up to the idea of Violet being in love with someone new. But when he sees how truly happy Violet is with Maya by her side, he softens.
Maya turns down the hallway and passes room 201, and goes to the next room over. Dorm room 202. She pauses at the room number before her, as she lets out a happy sigh. Then moves to open the door. Violet is huddling in a deep purple blanket, like a shivering burrito. She is close to the metal barrel, a small fire inside it, for warmth on this bitterly cold February night. She looks up and half-smiles at her girlfriend. Teeth chattering away as she shivers. “F---fi--find--any----f.ood.”
Maya snickers a little bit at her cold girlfriend being all cute. She shuts the door, takes off her father’s jacket, and hangs it over the old desk chair to dry out from the snow. Maya then softly spoke to Violet, reporting on her hunting mission. “Aasim and I tried. But we barely found anything to keep the smallest child from going hungry. Animals, they don’t like storms, especially winter ones.” She moved to sit close to her girlfriend and snuggle against her to warm up.
“Yeah. I don’t blame them. I am beginning to see your sister’s point on hating winter. I can do without this freezing my ass off weather. This Antarctic weather can shove it, and go back down south.” Violet shivers.
Maya snickers some more at Violet’s complaining about the cold weather. She snuggles and kisses the blanket where the back of Violet’s neck is. “Uh, Vi, I think it’s the polar vortex that came from Canada and the ‘North Pole, ’ not Antarctica.”
Violet rolled her eyes teasingly, “Okay, Miss Weather Woman. Still, it’s Antarctic weather outside, and not normal winter temps. Don’t care where it came from. Just as long as it goes back.” Violet soon lets out a comfortable sigh at Maya’s soft touch. “God, I can’t believe I am saying this, but I miss Omar’s hot rabbit stew and am sick of eating half-frozen jerky. It has been like what, five days, without a hot meal?” Violet shivers.
Maya looks at her and pulls Violet closer, so Violet’s back rests against Maya’s chest. “It hasn’t been five days, Violet. More like three. Three and a half.”
Violet sighs as she peers through her hoodie-like blanket and gazes up at Maya’s dashing face. “Well, it feels longer.”
Maya chuckles at Violet’s comment as she softly nuzzles the back of her neck. She then stares across from Violet’s room and looks at the empty bed on the opposite side of the room. Maya cocks her head to the side a little as she bites her lower lip, getting an idea. She felt a shiver from Violet as another stiff wind whooshed through the broken window. Maya leans back a little as she asks Violet a question about her room. “How much do you use the other bed?”
“Never. Just sits empty, collecting dust. I hadn’t had a roommate since she died a long time ago. You’re the only roommate I’ve had in this room since then. Why?” Violet turns to look at Maya.
Maya slowly removes herself from Violet’s warm embrace. She soon makes her way to the other side of the room and feels the thick, cold comforter. She looks at Violet’s half-broken window as the wind howls some more, not letting up. And the whispering swirls of snow blew wherever the wind took them. Then, in a big motion, she pulled the comforter off the spare bed, and she heard Violet ask, “What are you doing?”
Maya took the big comforter as she jumped up on the small dresser beside the window. A soft THUD sounds as Maya’s feet meet the sturdy surface. “Insulating your room a bit.” Maya softly answers. She takes the thick comforter and drapes it over the empty curtain rod. She tucks as much of the thick blanket as she can into the windows to help seal them and preserve a little heat in the room. Then Maya jumped down and moved the dresser, pushing it up against the thick brown blanket. To keep it from blowing outward. “There. It is not as thick as buffalo or deer hide, but it is something. To keep our room a little bit warmer.”
Maya looked back at her sweetheart as the blanket made the room dimmer and more romantic at the same time. Firelight danced across Violet’s face, making her look so damn beautiful. It gave Maya a tingling sensation in her hands as she shook them, all of a sudden. To shake off the strange feeling inside her body just by looking at Violet. Why is she suddenly beautiful to me, looking like that? Why is my heart beating out of fucking control? I’ve seen her like this many times. Why is tonight different? She runs her hand through her short black hair, frustrated about what to do with her emotions. She tries to erase the strange feeling growing in her heart just then, but something about this night, a feeling neither Violet nor Maya can control, is in their hearts. Violet senses the tension between them that night.
Maya then eases down by the bed to take off her worn-out leather boots. They are still caked in frozen snow, slowly melting on the old wooden floor. Even sensing the heat between the two females, or maybe the fire made it melt faster. Maya shakes her head as she places them near the foot of the bunk bed. Violet moves off the floor, looks at her girlfriend, and giggles with that sweet laugh of hers, making Maya blush. “You always have to resort to your Lakota roots.”
Maya smiles as she leans back on the bed. “Would you like to still be huddled next to the fire?”
“No. But does your magic blanket trick thing work?” Violets asks. She moved near the dresser as she touched the old brown comforter with her soft fingertips. Looking at the covered window, she rested her eyes back on Maya again.
Maya felt her heart race again as she looked at Violet’s silhouette in the firelight. She started to stumble a bit over her words, which Violet noticed. “We----ll uh--ahem. Um... I-it worked with my ancestors out west in teepees, in much harsher conditions than this.” Maya placed her hand on her chest. Trying to stop the irregular beating patterns that came on all of a sudden. Stop. Sounding like a stupid idiot. Yes, Violet is beautiful. Not like you haven’t seen her cute~ beautiful face that makes you guuus~ Fuck~
Violet arches her eyebrow a little bit, noticing Maya talking funny and not her usual smooth, confident talk. Hmm. Blushing in the firelight. Tripping over her words. And avoiding my gaze. This all seems familiar, like the night we almost... Is she feeling what I am feeling?
“It is not like we have a workable furnace. Aasim is working hard to fix that, but still.” Maya continues to say. She pointed to the back wall, where an old cast-iron register is located. She sighs as she puts all joking aside, “I just----I want you to be comfortable, Spring Meadow Beauty. And provide that comfort the best way I know how. If I could, I would generate heat for you in a different way. But the blanket trick is all I got.” Maya looks down at the flickering light dancing across the shadows in their room, playing with her fingers as she tries to suppress the desires she feels in this moment.
Violet looks at Maya and appreciates what she is trying to do. It was all such a sweet, romantic gesture that made her want Maya even more. Violet looks at her own purple comforter and moves to wrap her girlfriend up in the soft blanket with her. Creating all sorts of heat, more than just the fire. She softly kisses Maya’s cheek and nuzzles her nose against Maya’s cool yet warm skin. Violet softly sighs. “I know. Thank you. It’s a very sweet gesture of you caring for me~” She softly moves to give her lover a kiss. She says more in the kiss what Violet feels in her heart. Violet closed her eyes and started to kiss Maya in a big way. In a soft, making-out way, to let her girlfriend know it was okay.
Maya naturally flows in with Violet’s kiss, but feels a weird, warm sensation with that kiss, and doesn’t know how to act on it. Her hands lightly tremble for a moment at the sweet, electrifying feeling Violet is causing in her body just then. A few months back, she was ready to give up that part of herself. But after the big fight with Alberto and Arvo. Maya is scared of feeling that closeness with Violet again. She doesn’t want to break her heart if she ends up almost dying.
Violet felt a bit of resistance as Maya stopped kissing her. Pulling back to gaze into those rich chocolate eyes she loves so much. She looked at Maya with confusion. “Maya, what’s wrong? Why are you resisting my touches? Is it me? Did I do something wrong here, or misread the sign--?”
“No, Violet, it is not you. Did everything right and didn’t misread anything. It’s just...” Maya sighs for a moment. She moves slightly out of the intimate embrace as she looks Violet in the eyes. Maya exhales deeply and tells her girlfriend the truth. “It’s just that I’m terrified of crossing that bridge with you. And truly loving you that way, and giving you the love you deserve to have.”
Violet looks deep into Maya’s eyes. Reading her lover’s scared heart. She knows all too well what it takes to let go of that guard and be completely vulnerable with someone. She softly reaches out to touch Maya’s beautiful face. Cupping her hands around Maya’s copper face, she softly spoke to her. “You didn’t before. You welcomed it even that night in the fishing shack. When you shared the truth of your spiritual gift with me. What changed?”
“It’s different this time, Violet,” Maya said in a soft tone. Hiding her brown eyes from those enchanting green eyes looking back at her. She doesn’t want to voice out loud to the one person she doesn’t want to lose.
“How is it different, Maya?” Violet asks.
Maya shivers a bit when Violet slowly touches her in a tender, loving way, which she wasn’t expecting. She bites her lip as it trembles a little. Maya moves off the bed just then, creating distance between her and Violet. She turns around to face Violet as she is scared of loving her too damn much. “It’s different for me because of how I almost died on you. That’s why!” Maya quickly casts her brown eyes at the burning fire in the trash can. Not wanting to look into those disappointed, sad green eyes. She lets out a heavy sigh. “I---I can’t have that regret on my conscience knowing I am the cause of your heartache if I do---” She couldn’t finish the sentence.
Violet slowly slid her body to the edge of the bed as she looked at her beloved. “What are you talking about?”
Maya heaved a sigh, her voice shaking a little as she laid out her fears about being close and intimate with Violet. She pressed her back against the wall beside the foot of the bed near a small end table. “I am afraid of letting you in too deep in my heart, Violet. Making love to you scares me to death. As I know it will drive me crazy, for loving you the way I do. And knowing that you feel that love in return. I — What if something happens to me, Violet? Like, like with what almost could have happened when Alberto----” Maya looks at Violet with concern in her brown eyes. “I just don’t want to be another reason to bring you heartache in your life. You’ve been hurt too many times. I just don’t want to be another factor here. Or what if you die on me, too? I---I just don’t know how I can survive with that heartache in my heart. You’re everything to me, Vi~.”
Violet looks deep into Maya’s eyes and knows what she is trying to say. Trying to spare Violet the pain and agony of losing the one girl she loves most in this world. In some ways, she understands Maya’s hesitancy, as she felt the same way when she first fell in love with her many months ago.
She nods silently. Then she has the right amount of gumption in her soul to say fuck it all, and to hell with the caution. Slowly, Violet gets up from the bed and approaches her sweetheart. She softly touches Maya’s cheek in a tender way. A soft, sweet smile forms on her small pink lips. In a soft whisper, Violet spoke to Maya, “I know you are trying to protect me and being noble about it. Which is very sweet and romantic as hell. And normally, I would appreciate what you are trying to do to honor me. But I don’t care about the what-ifs, Maya. Yeah, it will suck, and I will be devastated and hurt, not going to lie about it. Nothing you have done will ever change that, no matter how much you try to spare me from that pain. I want to share this moment with you~” Maya snaps her gaze to look directly into Violet’s piercing eyes. She started to talk, but felt Violet pressing her finger to her lips to keep her from objecting.
Violet moves closer as they both feel each other’s hearts beating. She looks Maya in the eyes softly. Cupping her right hand to Maya’s left cheek. “I knew the possible consequences of what was at stake when I chose to let go of my fears to love you and let you in my heart~ I want you, Maya. All of you. And for you to have all of me~.”
Maya swallowed hard and felt her limbs go weak at the words “I want you.” “W---what about---um~” She tries to talk, but can’t as she feels Violet wrapping her fingers around her totem necklace. Already, it is a huge turn-on for her, and Violet is figuring out Maya’s weakness. “Me? Al--almost d--dy--”
“Dying? Hmm~ We are all going to die eventually, Maya. Might as well indulge in a little pleasure that people have been doing since the dawn of man~” Violet chuckles a little at Maya’s shyness. She looks down at Maya’s beautiful neck, eyeing the spot where she wants to give her girlfriend her badge of honor. Her fingers tangle around Maya’s necklace as she gives her girlfriend a little smirk. “It’s not going to stop me from sharing this one magic night with you.” Violet leans in close and whispers something in Maya’s ear as she feels her body tremble and heavy panting. Aniya told me Maya is a big fan of 80s things. Let’s see if this line works~ “Take me to bed or lose me forever, my mighty hero~.”
As soon as Violet said those magic eight words, Maya’s face flashed red in a matter of seconds. And Maya’s eyes widened at those words, sending chills down her spine. GODDAMN~ she said WHAT to me!~ There was a happy chuckle coming from Violet just then, seeing how she could make her mighty rugged hero melt to the floor on eight simple words. Maya looked at her and felt the seduction in her playful green eyes as Violet caught her attention.
Then, without another word being spoken between the two of them, Violet lightly tugged at Maya’s necklace. She closed her eyes the moment the impact happened as she latched her soft pink lips to her girlfriend’s, and the rest just clicked. She felt Maya moan, and her body quaked on that move. She didn’t know Maya had a bit of weakness when it came to this seduction play with her damn necklace. And now Violet knows what gets her going and her superpower over her girlfriend. She giggles a little on their joint mouths at seeing her girlfriend melt in her arms.
Maya trembles at how smooth and savvy Violet is, not shy and confident in what she wants. Which only makes Maya fall deeper in love with her. She couldn’t help herself as she cupped Violet’s cheeks and held her close to her body. Feeling pure love hit her soul with each kiss from her beloved partner. Maya lets out a soft moan inside Violet’s mouth. And Violet reciprocates the moan in return.
After a bit, Violet breaks the passionate kiss as she smiles at Maya. Then, on instinct. She arches her heel a little and presses her knee into Maya’s body. Showing her full commitment to her and choosing this indigenous girl to be her mate. Violet heard a soft, pleased gasp from her partner and felt a tight grip on her shoulders. She slowly pressed her body up against Maya’s. Further teasing Maya in this passionate moment. In return, Maya tenderly held Violet close, feeling the pure love between them.
Maya smiled as she softly looked at her girl on that unexpected move. Soon, she pulled Violet close again and started to passionately kiss her. The move was a bit sudden, so Violet had to place her hand on the wall, and it made a soft THUD as it hit the drywall. This time it was more intense as they both got hot and heavy with this kissing.
As they are making out, like that one magic storming night in November, Violet carefully takes off Maya’s green flannel shirt. She tosses it to the side of the room. Maya moves her kisses down Violet’s neck, kissing her softly. With subtle strokes of tongue that made Violet let out a pleasing gasp from her love at these touches. For the first time, Violet lets someone love her this way, and she feels her jean vest slip from her body.
All of a sudden, the room didn’t feel cold anymore as the two love birds melted into each other’s arms. Maya peered into Violet’s eyes as they held a soft glow. There was a little tremble in her touch on Violet’s body. Maya was nervous about where to start. Or how to go about it. With a little giddy smirk, Violet reached for her own shirt and stripped it off her body flawlessly, exposing her small, feminine body to her. She looked shy and adorable in this moment. Maya saw her blush, afraid to reveal her true beauty to someone. It was a foreign concept for Violet to show her vulnerability here.
Maya’s eyes sparkled, and her pupils dilated slightly as she saw Violet’s true beauty. Looking at her beloved like this made Maya want Violet even more. A hot flash washed over her. Without another wasted moment, Maya did the same, removing her clothes so she was just as exposed in the same way as Violet. Seeing those green eyes scan her own body. Maya was almost certain she saw a flash of desire in her girlfriend’s eyes. Like watching Fourth of July fireworks light up those green eyes. Maya started to remove her totem necklace, but felt Violet’s soft hands reach out to stop her. She looked at her girlfriend, confused.
“No. Don’t take that off. Leave it on~” Violet spoke softly, with a hint of excitement in her voice.
“Why--wh--” Maya stutters a bit.
“Because. You look quite dashing with it on. And I know you love it when I play with it~” Violet giggles. She slowly teases Maya with it, and loves watching her melt and come undone for her. Tenderly, Violet reaches for Maya’s body and lightly strokes it. Bringing her copper arms back down. As she reaches out and touches the scars Maya bore to protect her from Alberto’s attacks. There was a regretful frown on her face just then. Feeling guilty for having Maya take the fall for her.
Maya sees and understands what Violet is communicating through her touches. She softly grabs hold of Violet’s wrist and pulls her to herself. When she does, their chests collide. Passionately, they start making out again. For the first time, Maya reaches up and strokes Violet’s chest with her fingers, exploring her girlfriend’s body a bit. She hears her girlfriend sigh softly. Enjoying the touches.
What took Violet by surprise was when Maya pinned her to the wall by switching their positions. She felt giddy and high as a kite on that move. She felt Maya lay sweet, torturous kisses on her neck. She pants, feeling her muscles grow weak with each kiss. Violet rolled her eyes back, and she felt pleasure for the first time. She shivered a little when she felt her girlfriend’s strong hands touching her lower jaw. Instinctively, Violet gripped Maya’s bare shoulders with such thrill, the new feeling striking her body. She moaned out loud this time. “Oh, FUAHHMMM~.”
She could hear Maya lightly chuckling at getting Violet weak in the knees. When she laid seductive kisses on Violet’s neck and collarbone, with a few love bites mixed in. Soon, she felt those lips leave her neck, briefly bringing Violet out of her love trance. Violet opened her eyes at the same time as she looked down at a fumbling Maya trying to undo her belt. Naturally, she giggles at Maya’s struggles with a damn belt. “Hehe~.”
Maya nervously chuckles back at her clumsy hands, and there is a bit of embarrassment going on. At her failure to be as smooth as butter, as seen in the movies. When trying to slyly take off a woman’s bra or belt. And not ruining the moment. But hearing Violet’s infectious laughter made it worth it. It showed she sometimes doesn’t have it all figured out and is new at something like this.
Finally, Maya manages to undo the belt and pull Violet up a little onto the small end table. Where she trails her hot kisses down Violet’s chest. And this time done something a bit more daring than before. She heard Violet gasping now. “Oh. Shiiaah~. May---hmmm~” Violet grips the edge of the table hard from the jolting feeling.
Maya does not hold back what she always wanted to do, that one magic night in the fishing shack. She crashes her mouth over Violet’s chest, showing her how much Violet means to her. As soon as she made that move. She felt fingernails scrape her flesh where her shoulders were. Softly, Maya groped her lover with one of her hands, teasing Violet. While the other hand played with Violet’s chest. A warm feeling rushed over her body, feeling up her girlfriend for the first time. Soft, satisfying sighs came out of Violet just then as she heard a soft thump on the wall when her head rested upon it. Followed by heavy pants and signs of being aroused.
Maya wants this to be magical, so she pulls back and looks deep into Violet’s hungry eyes. They are fully dilated from being high on love. Violet looks at her and asks with her eyes why she stopped. Breathlessly, and showing a little excitement herself, Maya explains her reasoning. “Haaah~ I--ahem. Call me old-fashioned. And helplessly romantic. But Uh---any place would be better suited than this spot to uh...ahem~ You know~hm~” She was nervous to speak the words that she wanted to say.
Violet got the hint. She eyed the bed as she reached down and interlocked her fingers with Maya’s. “P-- Perhaps. Maybe you would be better suited over there.” Her green eyes scanned Maya’s. “To take me to the stars ~” She nudged with her head to the bed, and smiled an ′I want you′ smile. There was a light laugh from Maya at Violet pulling the ”Titanic" saying on her. A light tug from Violet as she led her girl to a more intimate spot. Soon, both of them fell onto the bed, getting lost in each other with the heat of the moment.
Violet never knew how tender and gentle Maya was during the whole experience. Not once did it feel forced, and it felt right. Like they were made for each other. For the first time, she felt loved and wanted. When things got too intimate, Violet covered up both of their bodies with her old purple comforter for privacy.
When the big moment hit, everything felt weightless. Her eyes were fully dilated with the pleasure Maya was giving her. She felt her soul binding to Maya’s in some cosmic atmosphere. Violet encircled her arms around her girlfriend’s strong neck. Naturally, she arched her back and moaned into Maya’s chest. On an adrenaline rush, she dug her nails into Maya’s shoulder blades. Right into one of the tattoos on Maya’s right shoulder. OH FUCK~ Her leg naturally coiled around Maya’s hips. Pulling Maya closer to her in this intimate moment. Feeling every motion from her mate, as it was driving her wild.
Maya felt her body grow weak with each wave. Naturally, she moved to Violet’s body. Her pants and moans grew louder as she buried her face in the crook of Violet’s sweaty neck. Her back arched when she felt her beloved’s nails dig into her. A moan from her sweet lips sent chills down Maya’s spine. OH GOD~. Her arms shook as she reached behind Violet and arched her back. She gripped the bedsheet as she felt the power of desire hitting her body like a gravitational force, sucking her into this blissful feeling.
Both of them were riding that dopamine high during this passionate moment. Their two souls finally united, becoming one. Feel that blinding white light of pure bliss and euphoria.
Clem and Louis were reading their favorite books when Clem looked up from her Jane Austin novel and heard strange noises. “Louis, do you hear that?”
Louis looked up from his Spider-Man comic and turned to look at Clementine. “What?”
THUMP. THUMP. CREEAK. THUMP. “That. What is that?” Clementine asked as she placed the book in her lap, trying to listen to the soft rhythmic noises coming from somewhere.
Louis listened carefully, hearing squeaks or soft thuds, as if something or someone were lightly banging on something. He shrugged. “Could be an animal or something. It is probably nothing, Clem.”
Clementine nods as she eases back down into her pillows. “Probably. Just so weird though. Never heard an animal making those kinds of sounds before. And it is definitely not the school’s foundation settling in from the cold.”
“You want me to go and investigate?” Louis asks, sensing that Clementine is not going to ease up on knowing what that strange sound is coming from.
“Could you?” Clementine asks.
“Sure, no problem. If it is a giant rat, I will kill it for you.” Louis kisses Clem’s cheek and puts down his comic and exits the room.
Louis walks away from the room, and the noise fades as he nears the hallway to exit the dormitory. Hmmm, nope, not in this direction. Sounds are coming from the north side. Past Clem and my room. Louis turned around and walked back down toward rooms 201, 202, and 203. As he walked past Clem’s room and made his way towards his old dorm room. He took out Chairles to attack whatever was causing a peaceful disturbance at midnight.
The sounds from Violet’s room, 202, had gotten a bit louder and more frequent. THUMP. THUMP. MMMMM~ AHHHH~ THUMP. CREEAK. Then Louis’s eyes widened as he knew exactly what was going on. Well, I think Clem can rest assured that it is not an animal. Louis smiled as he brought Chairles down. I guess that is one way to entertain yourself during a blizzard. Happy for you, Vi~ You deserve happiness and to be loved too~ Glad Maya is making an honest woman out of you and treating you right. Hehe~
Louis leaves Violet alone and returns to Clementine’s dorm. He softly presses his back against the door and closes it. Clementine looks up at him, “Well? Was it a rat?”
“Not exactly,” Louis spoke softly, placing Chairles by the bookcase with Clementine’s weird collection of items.
“A bat? Do you guys even have bats in this school?” Clementine asks again as Louis climbs into bed beside her.
“No, it is not a bat.” Louis chuckles, knowing what is happening next door. He then cock his head a little to the side, pondering on Clementine’s other question. “And I am not sure about that. Never encountered Dracula here before.”
“Then what is it? And why is it coming from next door in Violet’s ro--?” Clementine started asking when she sensed something Louis knew but was not telling her. “You know something, don’t you?”
To protect Violet’s privacy in a very intimate moment, He remains anonymous about what is going on next door. “Know what? It is probably just the wind from the blizzard, Clem. It will die down, just ignore it.”
Clementine looks at Louis as he smiles and picks up his comic and pretends to read, ignoring the thumps and squeaks. “Okay---- but blizzard winds don’t make sounds like that. What is it?”
“Just read your book, darling. Go on.” Louis said, holding up Clementine’s book. After a few more minutes, the soft thumping noise died away. “See what I tell you. Maybe the wind knocked something loose from the building. Not the first time something came off this old boarding school structure.” He is playing dumb on purpose. Soon, Louis lets out a yawn. “Well, I am beat and going to hit the hay. Goodnight, my darling Clementine.” He softly kisses her cheek and turns to lie his head down.
“Hm. Goodnight, Lou.” She said softly. Obviously, he is not going to tell her what really went on next door. Clementine is still not convinced it is weather-related noise. But Louis is refusing to share what he knows. She rolls her eyes at him playfully, of course, as she reads more out of her Pride and Prejudice book.
When both of them feel satisfied, Violet removes the comforter to get some air in the hot cocoon. Maya crashes down beside her girlfriend. Lying on her back, in a love daze, panting hard. Like being Bambi floating in the clouds. Neither of them felt the chill in the room anymore as both lay in bed, sweat on their brows, breathing heavily as if they were just running away from a herd of walkers.
Violet giggles as she tries to catch her breath after whatever the fuck happened just then. “Whew~ Wow~That was. Hehe~ Hm~” She places her hand over her eyes to hide her embarrassment a little as she couldn’t find the right words to explain what she was feeling. Her green eyes looked over at Maya, who was still trying to come down whatever high she was on. There was a happy, shy grin on Violet’s face, looking so in love with Maya. A further happy giggle emerged from her when she noticed the new shiny marks she left on Maya’s neck. Oops, I guess I went a little overboard on showing my affection a bit too much. Couldn’t help it though. God, she drives me fucking crazy, whatever she did. Hehe~ Slowly, Violet moved her foot up and down Maya’s outstretched leg. Intimately stroking her smooth skin and still feeling that high, never wanting to let go of that feeling. Softly, she kissed Maya’s chin, showing how much she loved her.
Maya opened her eyes as she looked at Violet. Reading that look on her girlfriend’s face. Still in a loving mood, Maya moved over to kiss those sweet pink lips she loves so much once more. She felt Violet smile against her when their lips met. Maya pulled back and looked into Violet’s twinkling green eyes. A bright golden glow surrounded her pupils. “I--I think the word you are looking for is amazing~” Maya finished Violet’s own sentence.
Violet smiled and giggled at that some more. She laid soft kisses on Maya’s shoulder as she stroked her beloved’s body. Soaking in everything. She noticed Maya’s green plaid shirt was hanging on the edge of the bed. Slowly, she reached for it and wrapped her small body in Maya’s shirt. Smelling her lovely scent. Then Violet cutely climbed onto Maya’s body and laid sweet kisses in her wake. “Yes.” Muah. “And you.” Muah. “My lovely Star Bird." Muah. She pauses until she is at eye level with Maya. Being on top of her, looking down into those soft, rich chocolate eyes.
Violet cups her indigenous girlfriend’s chin as she softly holds her. “Are so incredibly amazing yourself. I don’t know how you managed to do it. But Goddamn, that was fucking hot. Definitely beats my record of ahem~ uh. Going solo, if you know what I mean.” She heard Maya giggling now at that comment. “You definitely had me reaching for the stars back there. On whatever you did to um~.” Violet watches as Maya blushes. She softly strokes one of her hands tenderly through Maya’s messy black hair. “You sure your middle name is not Casonova by any chance? You sure know how to get a girl going crazy for you~.”
“No, my middle name is not Casonova. Far from it, actually. Hehe~” Maya giggles at Violet’s last comment. She blushes as she tries to look away, but Violet keeps her firm grip on her chin. “Well----uh..um~ I---Sometimes when you kiss me like that. I lose myself in you. Your kisses, Vi, are so intoxicating. In a good way---” Maya fumbles over her words because Violet looks so damn attractive in her green plaid shirt. It heightens her blush tenfold and makes her heart stop for a moment. “I---I guess. Wh--what---I---ahem. I’m trying to say. I am a damn sucker for a girl like you.” Her eyes grew heavy as she saw that beautiful smile.
Maya tenderly strokes Violet’s back as she looks into her eyes. “And you too got me beat with my own record, of pleasing myself~” Maya admits. She glances down at Violet and adds, “I see you are wearing my green shirt.”
Violet looks down at her and, with a giddy laugh, smiles teasingly at Maya. “You want it back?”
Maya tucks the collar out as she tenderly strokes Violet’s arms. She shakes her head. “No, not at the moment. Besides, you look very cute wearing my green plaid shirt. It suits you well, my lovely Spring Meadow Beauty. Brings out the green in your lovely eyes a bit more. Green is so your color, darling~.”
Violet playfully shoves Maya a little on that last comment as she rolls off her body. Chuckling at her lover’s clever lines that get her heart beating faster. She eventually snuggles close to Maya, resting her head under her girlfriend’s chin. Violet tenderly makes soft circles on Maya’s scars with her finger. Her fingertips trace over where Alberto’s knife sliced Maya during that horrible fight. She felt her lover tangle her fingertips in her short, blonde, matted-up hair. Violet lets out a sigh. “Maya, what was your father like? Are you some kind of Chief’s daughter in your tribe or something?” There was a little chuckle to that as Violet looked up at Maya’s smiling face. “What? What did I say?”
“Nothing. I may come from a native tribe, Vi. But I am not that ‘special’.” Maya responded. “No, my father is not the chief leader of my tribe. Chiefs in a tribe. How do I put it?” Maya thought of an easy comparison. “Chiefs in indigenous tribes are like the head honchos. Sort of like the President of the US, or some high official in the US government. Meaning it is a very high social status to be Chief in a tribe.”
Violet looked up from Maya’s chest and softly spoke, “Oh. So what role does your father do- err, did?”
Maya sighed as she turned her body a little to stare at Violet. “My father was a carpenter back out in Jackson. He made wood furniture and sold it in his small shop in town, as well as some fur skins he made from some animals we killed to survive. Sometimes, when I was little, I would help sand down wood tables and chairs. We would have this father-and-daughter bonding time listening to some of my dad’s old 45s. Mostly classic rock and roll bands from the 70s and 80s. He was my biggest influence to love rock music, and partly where I get my bold, confident swagger from”
“Uh. Don’t you mean your smug attitude and intimidating nature?” Violet teases Maya about what she loves about her free spirit. Not afraid of saying what is on her mind.
Maya gave a joyous laugh at Violet, calling out her shit. “Ha. Hardy har har. Okay, fine, that too. But there is a difference between smug and confident swagger.”
Violet shakes her head and does the cute rolling of her eyes. “Sure. Whatever you say, Star Bird.”
Maya smiles and continues sharing a bit of her past with Violet, “Anyways. During break times when we are not working, my dad will break out and jam to his favorite songs. Or sometimes when I am having a bad day from school. My father would tie a bandana around his head as rock stars do at concerts. And, kid you not, he would do full-blown headbanging to rock songs and play a mean air guitar. I think my father secretly wanted to join a rock band and tour the country like Queen, Def Leppard, CCR, and the Rolling Stones.” Maya chuckles at the memory. “Yeah, he kept that detail from my mom. My mom will have a heart attack if she ever knew. Since my father influenced me with his music, Def Leppard became an instant favorite. It’s what got me to develop that rebel spirit. Or what you call my smug attitude.” Maya wiggles her eyebrows, teasing Violet. Violet giggles at that and couldn’t help but be swept up in the moment.
Maya sweetly tucks a messy strand of blonde hair from Violet’s face. “Why the curiosity about my father, or home life out in Jackson?”
Violet shrugged. “I don’t know. Just, you always speak so highly of your father. And there is a sort of pride in your voice when you talk about him. I wanted to know the history behind it.” She eyes Maya as she runs her hand through Maya’s thick black hair. “I now get the sense of where you get your rock-style look. Like a rebel biker chick. It’s kinda hot actually.” Violet giggles and secretly moves her other hand to tickle Maya’s side, being playful.
“Biker chick, huh~” Maya responds to her girlfriend’s last comment.
“Uh-huh~ Hehe~” Violet giggles as she tickles Maya.
“No--no. Ta---hehe~ Stop! Vi~I sh--ahhh. Hehe~” Maya giggles.
“Hm~ Not so tough, are you, rebel warrior~ hehe” Violet laughs some more, teasing Maya into becoming a big softie for her. Maya reaches for Violet’s white hand to make her stop tickling her to lay sweet kisses on her white skin. Maya wants to ask about her family life, but she senses from Violet’s grandmother that Violet didn’t have the best family life growing up. So she lets it be.
After some playful banter, Violet settled down as she tenderly stroked her soft black hair. And softly spoke to her. “For what it’s worth, Maya. If your dad was still alive. I would have told him he raised one hell of a daughter with a good heart.” She gleamed into Maya’s eyes. Maya looked back at her and smiled. Then Violet moved closer to her, snuggling her head in the crook of Maya’s neck. Finally feeling safe and loved.
After a bit, feeling so in love, Violet fell asleep to Maya’s comforting heartbeat. Maya glanced down at a sleeping Violet. She tucked the comforter closer to Violet’s shoulders. She then saw the fire was still burning in the trash can. It was low-flame but still a potential threat that could kill them. Maya carefully pulled Violet out of her warm embrace. Redresses herself after a night of passion. Violet stole her green shirt. Maya quickly throws on Violet’s black hoodie. She takes the trash can outside and lets the cold chill kill the flame.
Once the trash can is gone, Maya slips back to her room and sleeps in Violet’s warm embrace. She nuzzles Violet’s forehead, and soon, her soft breathing drifts Maya off to sleep. What Maya never realizes is that the first time Maya and Violet shared intimate relations was on Violet’s birthday, February 7th. She gave Violet the best birthday present ever. She gave her soul and heart, and made love for the first time.
