Kael: Mahirap ba akong mahalin?
Gabriel: Kael—
Kael: Pinakita ko naman sa’yo ang lahat, ha? I gave you everything I had. Hindi pa ba sapat ’yon?
Gabriel: Hindi sa gano’n, Kael—
Kael: Then what is it, Gabriel? Ano ba talaga? Si Ellea na lang ba ang nakikita mo? Puro siya na lang ba? What about me?
Ako ’yung naghintay sa’yo. I stayed when you were at your lowest. I was there when you were suffering, when you needed someone, when you had no one else to turn to. And now, isang daan lang niya, nahulog ka na agad?
You didn’t even think about me.
I’ve been here all this time, Gabriel. I loved you when we were seventeen. While everyone else was moving on, I was waiting for you to be ready. Eight years, Gabriel. Eight years akong naghintay. I kept telling myself na baka one day, you’d finally see me the way I see you.
Pero ngayon, dumating lang siya, and suddenly parang hindi mo na kayang mabuhay nang wala siya?

Gabriel: I do mean it. Pero kahit anong gawin ko, hindi ko kayang magsinungaling sa’yo.
Kael: Then tell me.
Gabriel: Si Ellea ang mahal ko.
Kael: …
Gabriel: I’m sorry, Kael. I know you waited for me. I know you loved me for years. And I’ll always be grateful for that… but I can’t force my heart to love you back.
Kael: So after eight years… this is all I get?
Gabriel: I wish I could give you the love you deserve.
Kael: But you can’t.
Gabriel:I can’t.
Kael: Then I guess… eight years was never enough for you to choose me.
