Turnt Up: AMBM K-Pop Whychoose Romance

Summary

Choreograph the biggest boyband in Korea? Dream job. Fall for the stars of said boyband? Career-ending. When Aisha Chambers lands the chance to choreograph YKO's next music video, it feels like fate. She's been a quiet fan since their debut, but now she's calling the shots. Professionalism is key. No distractions. No flirting. Definitely no falling for the six gorgeous idols she's working with. But YKO isn't just talented, they're charming, bold, and dangerously interested in her. The chemistry is off the charts, and Aisha knows one misstep could ruin everything she's worked for. Will she follow the rules-or follow her heart?

Chapter 1

When I first posted on Wattpad earlier this year, I had no idea that anyone would want to read my stories. I write about Black queer and trans people, and there are a lot of people who are not into that. And this is not me trying to gain sympathy, I am just giving you some context here.

To my surprise, it turns out 8,000 people have an interest in my Black queer and trans stories, and that gave me the courage to post this story I wrote a few years to me when I first got into the K-pop fandom.

This has been beta read, but it has not been sensitivity read at all, so please tell me if I mess up. This story takes place in Seoul, South Korea. A place I have never been, and I am nowhere near being Korean.

I did my best to research everything, but as I always do, I have done my research but that will never take the place of someone else’s lived experience.

Since this story is already finished, I will be posting a new chapter every Friday until it’s done.

IMPORTANT: One last thing, to make things clear, is that YKO and Aisha are all bisexual. And everyone is going to get in on the action. If this is not the type of whychoose story you like to read, please back button because I will be deleting people who complain about this. You have been warned.

Thanks to dirtybookchick.

karenfancp: I think Isla forgave him a little too soon, but it is probably what was needed for the story line. I do like how the story is unfolding, and the suspense that is building in whom is responsible for the attacks.
