Hi there,

So this is my first book. Like, ever. Which feels kind of wild to type out, but here we are.

I started writing this because I had these characters in my head and they wouldn’t leave me alone. Maria with her quiet crush. Jake with his years of secret pining. The whole “I’ll teach you science, you teach me how to date” situation that absolutely could not go wrong (it goes wrong).

If you’re here, thank you. Seriously. Picking up a first-time author’s book is an act of faith, and I appreciate it more than I can say.
