Part 1 (36 Hours)

Its the summer of 1981, and its time to go to the mosy popular place in the town, state even. I remember it like it was yesterday, I was just released from school, the last day of 2nd grade. I got home and my mother and father were sitting at the dining table with an envelope set infront of them. “Whats that?” I asked my mother and father. “Come and look” my mother replied. I opened the envelope and pulled out a plastic card. It read “Freddy Fazbear summer pass”. “NO WAY, SERIOUSLY!” I exclaimed. “Yep, they had a sale” my father responded. “You can go tomorrow” my mother added.

The Next Day

My alarm clock blared at 6:30am because I forgot to change the alarm. None the less, I sprung from my bed, more excited than ever. My mother prepared fresh eggs and hand-made orange juice. I downed it in what seemed like 3 seconds flat. Finally 10 o’clock hit.

I raced down the street, hoping the skeeball machine would be working this time. When I walked into the lobby, it was jam packed. I looked to my left and saw my school crush Elizabeth Afton. I walked over and we began talking about our families. I explained that my mother and father had bought me a summer pass. She explained that her father owned the pizzeria. After I while of chatting with Elizabeth, I said goodbye to her and made my way to the skeeball. “Man This line so long” I complained. I walked over to the mainstage and stared at the animatronics. I loved them as a kid, but now that I looked back at it, they seemed as if they had souls trapped inside them, screaming and crying for help. I left later that day, before the place shut down for the night. I did this for a half a month, until one day the worst possible event happened.

I was locked in!

It was 9pm, I waited to see if anyone knew where I was. It wasn’t till I walked into a small room with what I would now describe as blastproof doors. I looked up and saw a clock that read “9:41pm”. I sat down in the room and wondered when I would be able to leave. Then I noticed a schedule on the wall that explained that I had two chances to leave; the first would be at 12am when the security guard arrived. The other chance would be at 6am when the security guard left. This caused me to lose hope, ever so slightly. I did hear what sounded like footsteps in the dining room. However; I was too nervous to go investigate the noise. At that same time I saw a T.V. that was labeled “CCTV”. I had remembered my dad saying that they were camera’s I looked at the dining room camera and saw Chica standing in the center of the room with her mask off. Inside I saw a girl no older than me stuffed within. I knew I had to escape but I had no idea how I would pull it off. I was terrified to even look down the dark, echoey hallway. I ended up trying to avoid anyone discovering I was there. That worked until about 11:45am.

I had begun to fall asleep around 11 O’clock and I didn’t think whatever happened with Chica was going to notice me. At 11:30 I heard a gate open and realized it was the front gate opening. I ran to the gate but it was too late, the man had closed the gate. I asked the man his name. “Cliff” he answered. We began to bond over the time we were together. I explained that I was locked in the pizzeria. He explained that there was a big problem. “This place isn’t safe, these damn robots want to kill me… and probably you too” he said. “What do you mean that they want 11to kill you” in asked. He explained that the animatronics had something wrong with them. Every night after the doors were locked and closed, they would roam, and will kill you if they can. “Okay… so your saying i’m gonna die” I thought. I looked at the CCTV and saw that now all the animatronics had their masks off and spelled out a message in cups. It read “Two for One”. The note chills me to the bone, to this day. When I looked at all the animatronics, I noticed that they all had the bodies of children… and they were all killed within the last 36 hours.

After seeing what I had seen, I was practically unresponsive due to fear. Cliff did his best to console me, he was only 20 years old after all. Cliff would periodically check the CCTV and highlight their movement patterns. Anytime one of them got too close, he would close the door and open it a short while later. By 12:15am, Cliff realized we were using too much power because I was trying to help. “We need to conserve power” Cliff explained in a fearful tone in his voice. He explained that if they ran out of power, they wouldn’t be able to close the doors or check the CCTV, which meant almost certain death. Another half an hour passed and we used power only when absolutely necessary. Relying on sound to know where the… I want to say animatronics but they were… monsters. That was the day I learned everything is not what it seems.

I noticed by 1am, that we had used half the power the generator offered. I shed a single tear and said “I’m gonna die, huh”. Cliff said nothing for a moment and just looked at me. He also shed a tear and said “I know… I know”. He went and just hugged me. Even at 8 years-old, I could tell there was trauma in his eyes. He clearly wasn’t in any state to talk about it though. So I got up and looked out the door and saw a shadow moving down the hallway. I wanted to scream, this was the closest any of those things had gotten all night. I tried to be as quiet as possible but Cliff was still lost in whatever trauma he had lived. I remembered Cliff telling me if one of the creatures got too close, hit the red button and close the door. At that point I heard the creature just mere seconds away from the door.

The creature was approaching rapidly. I ran full speed directly at the wall, where the button was located. I collided with the button and the door began to close. Before a single breath could escape my lungs, a blue hand slid under the door, followed by a second, identical hand. I screamed, which seemed to have brought Cliff out of his trance. He got up and kicked both blue hands out of the room. The threat seemed over but boy was I wrong, in fact it seemed as though they were launching a full scale attack. Now at 2:30am, we had fended off several attacks. Well planned attacks but we were yet to face… Foxy. “I don’t say that name anymore” Cliff said. “Why not?” I questioned in response. With that he began telling me of his great trauma.

He said that when he had gotten his job at the pizzeria, he was allowed to bring his little brother for free. One day, while he was with his brother he had to go sign a contract with the company. When he had gotten back he couldn’t find his brother, He figured he must have wandered into a restricted area. He walked down to the basement, and saw what could only be a nightmare. 3 children dead and piled up in the corner, and with his back against the wall, Cliff’s young brother. He watched his brother get stabbed to death and his bloody body getting shoved into Foxy’s leather and felt skin. I could barely look into Cliff’s eyes. To watch someone get murdered in front of you is bad enough, but for it to be your own brother. For the rest of the hour, it was actually quiet, as if to pay respect to Cliff’s brother.

However, the quiet wouldn’t stay forever. The second clock struck 4 O’clock, the attacks resumed. When we had the first foxy attack. Cliff held the right door button. I heard rapid footsteps and the loud bang of foxy’s body against the door. I could hear cliff say “I love you, baby bro”. Cliff was a truly unfortunate man. He was only 20 years old and had to work at what had become a terrible place, he watched his brother get murdered, and he can’t quit because he signed a contract so blindly. The creatures banged at the door, at this point blind with rage… if they could feel anything else. All I could see while they banged on the door was my mother and father, “We love you, buddy”, “we’re so proud of you”. The clock rang out, one hour left.

It almost appeared as if as the night progressed, the attacks became more violent and calculated. At this point the creatures were attempting to break the glass. Bit by bit, crack by crack they got closer to getting in. I could feel the sun rising. Little did I know the power was up, the lights shut down and the doors disabled. “Get behind me” cliff said. We waited but know attack was launched until 5:58am. We heard footsteps marching down the hall. Next thing I knew, freddy jumped through the doorway onto Cliff, he pushed me out of his way. I could hear Cliff crying, “Run… Run and hide… wait until 6am”. With his dying words, he instructed me how to survive. I ran out the right door and slide under one of the tables and waited.

I waited for the next few minutes until I heard the clock explode with noise. “YES!” I scream with excitement. I saw the creature turn to look at me. As I turned to run for the exit, I could hear them in pursuit behind me. As they gate raised, I slipped underneath into the parking lot. I turned to see that those things can’t step foot outside the restaurant.

Present day

And that is how I became the Freddy Fazbear Pizzeria security guard… and well… forget 5 nights… how about 500.

I stood in front of the damned restaurant that put me through so much hell. The bots that so mindlessly hunted me, stand lifeless… or so it seems. I turned towards the hall and saw a man… the man who singlehandedly brought hell on earth to an entire town. “Hello William” I said in a withdrawn tone. I walked slowly towards the man. I drew a weapon and took a few more steps towards him. Then the man fled from his spot. I remained patient and followed him, not even giving the satisfaction of hatred. Soon he had barricaded himself in the parts and service room. When he exited the room, he held a knife and was wearing the old spring bonnie suit. Nobody was allowed to wear it anymore due to the state of decaying spring-locks. The man raised his hand in which he held the blade. The sudden movement caused the spring-locks to fail. The spring locks penetrated through-out his entire body. The suit screamed with activity. The eyes pushed back, piercing that of his own. “AHH… YOU LITTLE RAT” He screamed in agony. As soon as he fell to the ground, blood pooled around him. I kneeled down in the blood, and whispered, “I quit”. I stand up, looked at the bot’s and walked out.

I thought that this would be the end… but I was never more wrong

36 months later

I walked into another one of these damned locations. As I settled down in my office, I heard a voice from the past, it whispered “Did you miss me, Little Rat”
