Welcome to the Grimm Empire and members

The Grimm Empire would be a massive multinational superpower built upon conquest, unity, evolution, and Salem's vision of a new world.

👑 The Grimm Empire

Full name: The Eternal Grimm Empire

Ruler: Salem — The Eternal Empress, Mother of Grimm, and supreme sovereign.

Capital: The Obsidian Throne, built around Salem's original Grimm castle fortress but expanded into an enormous imperial capital.

What the Empire would be based on?

The Grimm Empire would combine several major influences:

Ancient empires — Roman, Persian, Egyptian, and imperial Chinese-style hierarchy and grandeur.

Dark fantasy — massive black citadels, cursed forests, ancient temples, Grimm-infested landscapes.

Tribal culture — especially connected to Salem's ancient sacred language and "The Grimm's Eyes".

Modern military power — Atlas technology, advanced weapons, airships, robotics, and scientific experimentation.

Faunus revolutionary ideology — equality and the destruction of discrimination.

Grimm evolution — Dr. Merlot and Salem's experiments creating increasingly powerful Grimm and mutant organisms.

A supernatural empire — Salem herself becoming the central immortal figure around which the entire civilization revolves.

The final result would essentially be a fusion of an ancient dark empire, a technologically advanced superpower, and a supernatural civilization.

🏛️ Salem's Imperial Government

Salem would sit at the absolute center, but her allies would control different aspects of the Empire.

👑 Salem — The Eternal Empress

Salem would be the unquestioned supreme authority.

Her title could be:

Salem, Eternal Empress of the Grimm Empire, Mother of Darkness, Sovereign of the Grimm, and the First Speaker of the Ancient Tongue.

Her personal symbol would be "The Grimm Eye"—an ancient eye representing knowledge, evolution, darkness, and salvation.

This connects directly to "The Grimm's Eyes", the ancient sacred cult surrounding Salem as the original and true speaker of the ancient language.

To her followers, Salem would not simply be a queen.

She would be viewed as the living beginning of their civilization.

⚔️ The Imperial Inner Circle

The Grimm Empire would be divided between Salem's major allies.

🧠 Dr. Arthur Watts — Minister of Technology

Watts would oversee: Imperial communications, Artificial intelligence, Robotics, Cyber warfare, Atlas technology, Surveillance networks, Automated defenses

Under Salem, Watts would finally have the resources to build technological horrors on an empire-wide scale.

🧬 Dr. Merlot — Minister of Evolution

Merlot would become one of the most dangerous figures in the Empire.

His laboratories would develop: Mutant Grimm, Hybrid creatures, Biological weapons, Enhanced soldiers, Grimm mutations, Experimental organisms

He and Salem could establish something known as the: Imperial Evolution Program

A project dedicated to making the Grimm—and potentially Salem's own armies—stronger with every generation.

🦂Tyrian Callows — High Inquisitor

Tyrian would be terrifying in an official position.

Rather than simply being Salem's assassin, he could become the Empire's:

High Inquisitor of the Grimm Throne.

His job would be hunting: Traitors, Spies, Saboteurs, Rebel leaders and any Enemies of Salem

Tyrian would absolutely love this position.

🔥 Cinder Fall — Imperial Warmaster

Cinder would command major military campaigns.

Her responsibilities would include: Conquering hostile territories, Commanding elite forces, Leading invasions and Training powerful warriors

However, Salem would make sure that Cinder's ambition was directed toward the Empire rather than against it.

🐺 Sienna Khan 🐅— High Marshal of the Faunus

Sienna could become one of Salem's most politically important allies.

The Grimm Empire would offer the Faunus something the old kingdoms failed to provide:

real political and military power.

Under Sienna, the White Fang could transform from a terrorist/revolutionary organization into an official military branch of the Empire.

🐂 Adam Taurus — Commander of the Crimson Legion

Adam could lead an elite Faunus military unit.

Since your version of the story involves Adam being defeated and eventually forced into Salem's new order, his position would likely be earned rather than simply given.

His legion could specialize in: Shock assaults, Anti-Huntsman warfare, Guerrilla warfare, High-risk operations

🦅 Raven Branwen 🐦⬛— Shadow Commander

Raven and her tribe would be ideal for: Reconnaissance, Raids, Espionage and Rapid-response operations

Her portals would make her one of the Empire's most strategically valuable commanders.

🍷 Qrow Branwen 🪶— Imperial Field Marshal

Qrow's knowledge of Ozpin, the Huntsmen, and Remnant's kingdoms would make him incredibly useful.

He could become one of the Empire's greatest battlefield commanders—especially because he understands exactly how the old system operates.

🛡️ James Ironwood — Grand Marshal 🫡

Ironwood would organize the Empire's conventional military.

Imagine the combination of Atlas soldiers, Paladins, Airships, Ace-Ops, Grimm armies

Ironwood would effectively transform the Grimm Empire into a modern military superpower.

✨ Glynda Goodwitch — Grand Magister

Glynda could oversee: Huntsman training, Military academies, Magical research, Defensive strategy

This would give the Empire something extremely important: structure.

While Salem represents ancient power, Glynda would help build the institutions necessary to keep the Empire functioning.

🐺 The Military of the Grimm Empire

The military could be known collectively as:

The Eternal Legion

It would have several branches.

The Imperial Army

Human and Faunus soldiers equipped with advanced weapons and technology.

The Grimm Legions

Massive armies of Grimm controlled and directed by Salem.

The White Fang Vanguard

Faunus elite forces led by Sienna Khan and her commanders.

The Crimson Legion

Adam Taurus's aggressive shock troops.

The Iron Legion

Atlas military forces, Paladins, robotics, and mechanized units.

The Ace Vanguard

The Ace-Ops and other elite Huntsmen operating as special forces.

The Shadow Talons

Raven's tribe and covert operatives.

The Inquisition

Tyrian's feared organization responsible for eliminating internal threats.

The Evolutionary Legion

Dr. Merlot's mutant Grimm and experimental creatures.

🏰 The Capital

The capital could be called:

Grimmhold

or, more dramatically:

The Eternal Citadel

At its center would stand Salem's enormous palace:

The Black Throne

A gigantic fortress combining: Ancient black stone, White Grimm bone, Red crystal, Atlas technology, Living Grimm architecture

The throne room would be enormous, with Salem's throne elevated above a circular gathering place where her Inner Circle assembles.

Above the throne would be the symbol of the Empire:

👁️ The Grimm Eye

A massive eye surrounded by Grimm-like tendrils.

👁️ The Grimm's Eyes

This could become the spiritual heart of the Empire

The Grimm's Eyes would not necessarily function as a typical religion. Instead, it would be an ancient sacred order dedicated to preserving Salem's original language, history, philosophy, and teachings.

Only Salem herself would be considered the True Speaker of the ancient tongue.

Her priests, scholars, warriors, and followers would learn fragments of the language, but Salem's complete mastery would reinforce her position as something almost primordial.

Their central belief could be:

"Through the Eyes of the Grimm, all are seen. Through Salem, all shall endure."

To outsiders, this would look like a terrifying cult.

To its members, it would represent salvation from the endless cycle of war, division, prejudice, and destruction.

🌍 What Makes the Grimm Empire Different?

The biggest difference is that the Grimm Empire would not simply be:

"Salem conquers Remnant and rules everyone."

But Instead...

Salem would create an Empire where every major faction has a place—but ultimately, all authority leads back to her

Humans.

Faunus.

Former criminals.

Huntsmen.

Scientists.

Military officers.

Tribes.

Even the Grimm themselves.

All become part of one enormous hierarchy.

Her ultimate message would be:

"The old world divided you. Kingdom against kingdom. Human against Faunus. Huntsman against criminal. You were taught to fear one another while your rulers watched you suffer."

Salem rises from her throne.

"I offer you something greater."

The enormous Grimm Eye behind her slowly opens.

"One Empire. One people. One future."

And then, with that terrifying motherly authority:

"Welcome... to the Grimm Empire."

(Salem isnt merely the "Queen of the Grimm" anymore but the founder of an entirely new civilization, with ancient religion, Faunus liberation, Atlas technology, mutant evolution, overwhelming military power, and an immortal Empress standing at its center.)
