Chapter 1
Life took a strange twist when the monsters began to appear. Yet, in many ways, it stubbornly stayed the same. The daily commute? Unchanged. The routine chores - grocery shopping and dishwashing? Still on the to-do list. The only new wrinkle was the odd chance you might bump into a monster, or even find yourself whisked away to their home world.
Why this started, nobody really knows. Creatures from other dimensions, or whatever you prefer to call them, just started popping up. The people on TV claim they've got answers, but they're guessing, just like the rest of us. Even the monsters seem baffled, often as surprised to see us as we are to see them. A mad mix of them showed up - many from myths and legends, making people think this happened before.
At first, it was chaos. We had no idea how to handle it. But now, the world is more prepared. Some monsters are aggressive and dangerous - those are taken down quickly. Others sneak around, trying to blend in and live among us. And, as always, there are folks who find a way to make a profit from any world event, no matter how strange, dangerous or outrageous it is. Therefore, some monsters are caught for semi-legal fighting rings. They’re only semi-legal because the authorities have bigger things to worry about, like rewriting laws to include other worlds, I guess. So, these entrepreneurial ventures, let's call them like that, are mostly ignored. And, surprisingly, many monsters don't seem to mind being in them. They get a roof over their heads, food, and something extra - something I'm about to experience.
Here’s the scoop: while we don't know much about these monsters, one thing's for sure – they have desires and carnal needs similar to humans. And there's a trend - all male monsters have a thing for curvy girls. The why is a mystery, and though many have their theories, as usual, the preference is undeniable. The monsters are drawn to us.
"Just sign here," the woman instructs, pointing to the bottom of a contract. She embodies the quintessential businesswoman look, with her dark hair neatly pulled back in a bun and a sleek pencil skirt outlining her form. But there's an edge to her – the boldness in her dark makeup and the spark in her eyes hint that she's far from your typical office worker. Maybe it's the aura of authority she radiates or the slight quirk of her lips that seems etched on her face.
My hand trembles slightly, but I manage to scratch my signature onto the paper with a faint sigh.
"Don't be nervous," she reassures with a smile that seems to know too much. "It's a one-of-a-kind experience, and I'm pretty sure you'll find it... intriguing."
"Have you… done it?" I manage to ask, curiosity getting the better of me.
She replies with just a smile, but it's one of those smiles that tells you she's been through it and enjoyed every bit. Or maybe I’m reading too much into this. "I'm not sure if I'm more excited or nervous," I confess with a half-smile.
"That's normal," she assures, nodding towards a man standing quietly behind me. "Leon will take you to the orc’s chambers."
"Thank you," I say, standing to leave her modest yet impeccably organized office. It's a space that belies its true purpose, giving off the vibe of a small, professional firm when, in fact, it's the nerve center of one of the largest monster fighting rings. Her entrepreneurial spirit and boldness in navigating such an unconventional business is truly respect-worthy.
Leon, the guard, is a solid guy who looks a bit too laid back for a guard. He gives a short nod and we start walking, my legs trembling with every step. I can’t truly grasp the thought that I am on my way to fuck a monster.
I learn the office is a front for a much larger place, mostly underground. As we go down in the elevator, I am struck by how big it is. I’ve never been to one of the monster fights, just seen snippets online. They’re pretty wild, and even though I’ve been assured I’ll be safe, I can’t help feeling a bit jittery. The place has a strange, secluded vibe, like it’s a world all of its own.
As the elevator goes deeper, I can feel the gnawing in my stomach strengthening. Since these monsters have their specific tastes and wants, the fighting rings find women who are willing to sign up as ‘entertainers.’ It’s in a legally gray area, or maybe outright illegal, but just like with the rings themselves, the government isn’t looking too closely right now.
Being an entertainer can make you good money, but it’s all pretty new to me. I decided to try it out after my best friend, who’s been at it for a while, told me about her ‘amazing’ experiences. I need the cash, sure, but there’s also this part of me that’s just plain curious. I’ve seen a few monsters from a distance, but never up close. Now, I’m about to meet one face-to-face, and even though I’m a bit scared, I’m also excited.
“Gorn’s a bit choosy,” Leon mentions as we step out of the elevator. “That orc turned away three ladies already. But he’s a solid fighter.”
“Turned away? Why?” I wonder, suddenly feeling a bit unsure.
I look down at my below-the-knee skirt and comfy white blouse. It’s a modest but flattering outfit. I wasn’t sure what to wear to a gig like this, so I went for something neutral. Hopefully, Gorn isn’t into flashy, sexy clothes.
Leon just shrugs. “Hard to say. He’s not the talkative type. Just gave them a quick look, then closed the door. Monsters, they’re a peculiar bunch.”
With a sigh, I realize that this is going to be the most awkward blind date: I’ve already signed on for sex, but the beast might not think I’m the beauty. Not sure how I’d take that kind of knock to my self-esteem.
“Doesn’t it scare you, working with them?” I ask, trying to distract myself.
“Nah,” Leon dismisses with a wave of his hand. “Took a while, but you get used to it. They’re mostly just pumped to fight, especially if they’ve got their favorite grub and the company of ladies. There’s a wild craving in them for the ladies. Can’t tell if it’s a shortage of action in their world or something irresistible about our women, but they definitely have a keen appetite.”
“But is Gorn an exception?” I probe, thinking about the three women he turned down.
“Each one’s got their own taste. It’s all about figuring them out,” Leon explains with another casual shrug. “And hey, if Gorn’s not into it, you still pocket half the cash, as per the contract. Seems like an easy day’s work to me.”
I manage a nod, trying to look upbeat about it. Sure, walking away with a paycheck for doing nothing sounds great. But the thought of being snubbed by a monster, of all things, isn’t exactly a confidence booster.
As we veer into a corridor, it’s clear we’re entering the monster quarters. The sight is intimidating – a long row of cells with bars, not much better than prison cells. A wolf-like creature paces in one, his gaze sharp and calculating as he watches us. Further down, another cell holds a creature that’s eerily human-like.
“That one’s a morphling. A shapeshifter,” Leon explains, following my gaze. “They’re nearly flawless at mimicking us, but it’s the ‘nearly’ part you’ve got to watch out for.”
The corridor feels more like a high-security block than living quarters. “I thought they were... valued,” I comment, a bit taken aback.
Leon nods, understanding the confusion. “These are the new recruits,” he explains, using air quotes for ‘recruits.’ “They earn their keep, so to speak. Prove their worth in the ring, and they get moved up. Gives them an incentive to perform.”
As we walk deeper, the chambers improve, but still with bars and jail-like. But there’s another change as well - there are various sounds coming from the cells, those of skin slapping against skin, wet belchy ones, moans, and grunts. It’s quite obvious what’s happening in there.
I try to look straight ahead, but my eyes almost involuntarily steer to gaze on the action. In one cell, I see a woman grasping the bars, an enormous red monster behind her, driving into her with abandon. Her face though is pure bliss, and she moans loudly with every thrust that jolts her body.
In another cell, I see a silhouette of a woman on her knees, her hair in the grasp of a troll-looking monster, him sliding his long member deep down her throat. And in another yet, a woman is hanging in the air between two ogres, them shoving into her in tandem. Each has four arms and two of them are holding her in place, while the other two are playing with her body. As I watch these spectacles that are beyond anything I’ve seen and imagined, I’m frightened and aroused.
As we go deeper, the barred cells are replaced by actual doors, and I breathe a little easier. It’s clear we’re entering the premium section where the likes of fighters like Gorn reside. The thought brings me a sliver of comfort - the idea of being on display like those women in the lesser quarters isn’t exactly appealing.
Soon, we stop in front of a sturdy door. Leon knocks, a firm, deliberate trio of taps. I steel myself for what’s next. The door groans open, revealing the figure behind it. It’s an orc, just as I expected, but the reality of his presence is still a jolt. Nearly seven feet of towering muscle, his skin a pale shade of green, and those unmistakable tusks jutting from his lower jaw. This is the spitting image of an orc, straight out of every tale I’ve heard, yet standing here, face-to-face, sends a shiver down my spine. He’s huge, he’s real, and I’m here for him.
His eyes, a striking dark yellow with black irises, sweep the area first. It seems like a reflex, checking for danger. He barely glances at Leon before his intense gaze fixates on me. It’s fierce, almost wild, but there’s a sharp cleverness in it too. He takes me in from head to toe, and I tense up, bracing for the possibility of being turned away. He sniffs the air, gives a grunt of approval, and steps back. It’s his way of inviting me in, I guess, but I still glance at Leon to be sure.
“Looks like you’re in.” Leon chuckles. “He’s taken a liking to you. And you,” he tells Gorn sternly, “make sure she’s safe, got it?”
Gorn just grunts, standing still, waiting for me to make my move. Taking a deep breath, I step into the orc’s quarters, not feeling fully ready for what comes next.
