Chapter 1

I look around the few rooms that I call home, no light shining in from anywhere, as we’re buried under the earth, and minimal space. I’m sitting on the old living room couch, the small kitchen is ahead and to the right of that is the room that Cecil and I sleep in. I was born in this bunker. I’ve found a few books that explain relationships that he didn’t want me to see, and I’ve learned a bit about things. There’s a single trapdoor in this house which is locked all the time. He cares for me, he feeds me, and he loves me, but he doesn’t let me out. He doesn’t tell me why either. Only, “I’m too powerful for the outside world”.

As I hear keys in the trapdoor, I snap shut a book about families and psychology and hide it back where I found it.

I’ve never had a family. I don’t know what Cecil is to me... we’re not related, but he kisses me and takes care of me, so I think it’s like a husband if I remember correctly, but he likes me to call him Daddy, and we don’t have any of those little human things, so I don’t know...

“Hey, sweetheart,” he smiles as he climbs down the ladder, and I sit up straighter, catching a glimpse of a blue sky I’ve only seen fully in books. “Hi, Daddy!” I chirp, and he smiles back at me with his gorgeous face. Defined cheekbones, dark messy hair, light stubble and piercing blue eyes.

“I missed you! It was lonelier today...” I say quietly, running over to him. “I missed you too, princess.” he smiles and kisses my forehead as I run into his arms. “How was your day?” he asks with a smile. “Crappy.” I huff. “Language, princess.” he mutters.

“Sorry, Daddy. It’s just getting lonely here.” I sigh, and he smiles faintly. “I can fix that.”

“Huh?” I watch him as he walks up to the trapdoor, starting to unlock it, and I hear barking. I gasp happily. Is it a dog? Or a wolf? I’ve read about them, but I’ve never seen one. As he pushes the door open, I see the dark sky for a split second before a blur of white fluff leaps inside the bunker. I squeal, jumping up on a couch. “Snow!” Cecil snaps, and it stops and turns its head. I get a better look at her, and she’s just a little fluffy white puppy with dark eyes. “She’s sooo cute!!” I squeal, and he smiles. “What’s her name?”

“Snow. If you call her to you, just stroke her gently and she’ll be comfortable with you.” he says, motioning towards me. The little pup trots towards me, jumping up on the couch, and making me flinch. “Can she hurt me?” I ask, reaching my hand towards her slowly. “Only if you hit her or aggravate her, she might bite you.”

As I go to pull my hand back, she buries her nose in it and starts licking my hand, making me giggle.

“Hi...” I smile, stroking her head. “She’s beautiful! Thank you, daddy!” I squeal, kneeling down to her eye level. “You’re welcome, princess.” he smiles. “It’s time we went to bed.”

“Already?” I ask, as it’s 20 minutes or so before bedtime. “Yes princess. Now.” he says, and I rush to the bedroom, Snow following close behind me.

(Trigger warning - nonconsensual)

I take my shirt off and put on a pyjama shirt, leaving my pants off because of heat. I feel arms around my waist and lips on my neck, making me moan. “I thought it was bedtime...” I say softly, as he continues to kiss across my shoulder. He slips a hand down my stomach and into my panties, making my breath catch. “We’re not doing this again, Daddy.” I say sternly, as he grabs my other hand and doesn’t let it move. He starts to pull my panties down and I slap his hand away with my free one. “No!” I snap, and he growls. “It won’t hurt this time, princess. You just need to relax.” he says quietly as he grips my other wrist. “No!!” I cry, tears flooding my eyes as I feel helpless. I concentrate, trying to use my powers, trying to get a hold of them, and I heat up my wrist. He jumps back like he touched burning metal, and I see anger on his face. Uh oh.

“I said I don’t want to!” I cry, and Snow starts barking at him. I hear thunder outside and rain hammers down on the trapdoor. “Look what you’re doing! Just let me, and it’ll be okay.” he says quietly, stepping closer. I cry helplessly as he takes my wrists and pulls me to him. I know I’m nowhere near close enough in control of my emotions to control my powers anymore. I’m useless. “Stop crying.” he mutters as he takes my top off, making me strain to cover my chest. As he kisses from my cheek down my chest, I try to hold onto what little affection he’s giving me to make myself calm enough to fight back.

As he pulls down my panties and lifts me onto the bed, I take a deep breath commanding the rain to hammer harder; a flood, even. Anything to get me out of here.

As he lies me back, I hear thundering crashing of water, and stuff breaking in the kitchen. “Don’t touch me, daddy.” I huff, and I jump off the bed as he’s distracted to grab a big shirt and put it on.

As the water crashes through the door, I yell for Snow and hold my breath, grabbing her and trying to walk through the water. I don’t know how to swim, I’ve been in a bath before, but I don’t think that’s the same.

I move towards the trapdoor, slowly, but I make it. I push Snow up through the gushing water and I climb up myself. I see Cecil gaining on me, and I start to run. I observe the world while I’m running. It’s not like the books... the sky is black, there are no stars, the grass on the ground is black and dying, the only trees I see are also black and dying. I see him catching up to me and I start crying, the control I had over my emotions fading. I run faster, sudden energy running through me, and I turn a sharp corner out of the open plains and into a forest. I run down into a cave, not knowing where I’m going, and I stop as I see a tunnel. It has a symbol of a sun carved into a rock above it, and I run down it as fast as I can. I can’t hear Cecil behind me, but then again, I don’t hear Snow either. Tears escape my eyes but I run faster. I continue for about half an hour, panting, before I reach a door.

My head is spinning, part of me wonders if this was all for nothing, but I bang on the door nevertheless. It was a big risk to run that long without knowing if there was another end... It opens slowly, and I’m grabbed by a big guy, making me wince. “Please, help me...” I whisper. “I escaped from someone who’s been keeping me underground my whole life. Please, don’t take me back...” I plead, my head spinning, and my eyes closing.

“She’s lying.” Someone else says. “Take her to Jonathan.”

“And look at that, no panties.” The one holding me laughs wickedly, holding me over his shoulder by my butt, and trying to touch me, making me kick him. “Get off!!”

“Feisty one, huh.” he laughs. Tears fall from my eyes as he starts walking, and I wish I was still with Cecil. I wish I hadn’t snapped back. I could’ve just said no to bedtime and maybe he would’ve spanked me at the most.

The big man knocks on a door, and a deep voice says, “come in.”

“Look what we found coming through the tunnel.” The man says, throwing me to the ground, and making me cry as everything hurts. “Get out.” The mysterious man orders, and the door closes quickly, I’m met only by my face against the wooden floor and the slow creaking of a chair turning around...
