Chapter 1
3rd person P.O.V.
“Mama, what’s going to happen to me,” Maria asked her mom. Her mom said they were going to a fun place, but this was NOT fun. Not fun at all.
“You are going to that fun place,” said her mother with tears in her eyes. She didn’t want her only duaghter to die, but it had to be done. The strange thing was, they never told her mother why. Why her duaghter had to die. She begged and pleaded for them to tell her, but they refused. She wondered why she even allowed them to do this, she was in charge of her own duaghter. She could call this whole thing off right now, but for whatever reason she was stuck. Stuck there watching her duaghter die, and she was stitting there waiting for someone to ask even though they were never going to. She knew that.
“Mom.. why do I feel like dying?”
“Because.... you are, honey, you are..” and then things went black for Maria and things went blurry for her mother as tears were slowly swelling up in her eyes, I will never see her duaghter again, she thought, it was all her fault.
*7 years later* Marias P.O.V.
Seven years since I died. Seven years of being coped up in the same old dimension. You would think that being in Heavan would be fun. That you really are an angle. The answer is yes, if you already knew you were going to die, or if you died 16 or above, fully aware that dying is not fun and is something you fully understand the process of. If you died unaware you were dying, you become 3rd class. You have to work a full time job, with no salary by the way becuase this is Heavan for Petes sake. If you didn’t know you were going to die and you were under the age of 11, you become part of the poor community, or as the first class say, the Slumps. I know, unfair right. You think your gonna live a peacful life as an angle in Heavan, but it turns out there aren’t any damn angles anyway.
“Hey HP, get out of you little cuboard under the stairs and help out with breakfast,” that’s what we call Harper these days. I mean come on now, she’s reading the Harry Potter series for the tenth time since I’ve known her. That’s another thing about Heavan that sucked, your only allowed to take 7 things with you, and no it can’t be living or they put you in the Hell Dimension for two days. Two days in Hell is like, 5 years in Heavan, except it feels like 10 years. Ask me how I know this, actually never mind, don’t ask. Your probably wondering what I brought huh? Well I’m not going to tell you becuase well, they were selfish and stupid and I used them all on my first day here.
“Hey calm it down will you, you sound like Umbridge,” she hollered back.
“Don’t you dare compare me to that son of a motherless goat,” I yell back to her. Knock, knock, knock!
“I’ll get it,” Harper calls. I never really noticed how pretty Harper was till now. She has beautiful, long ginger hair with cute freckles over the bridge of her nose. She has a perfect smile that can light up a whole country. But she’s probably strait and I’m as strait as a circle sooo, it will never happen.
“Hey D,” I say from the kitchen.
“What up Hommie,” he says with a the swagger of a miniture horse with a party hat on.
“For one, don’t ever call me Hommie again, and two, you have the swagger of a miniture horse with a party hat,” I speak my thoughts aloud.
“Hey don’t be such a stick-” he makes a strait line with his hands, grabs it, and pretends to stick it in mud(no pun intended) “-in the mud.”
“Whatever,” I say going back to our scrambled eggs.
“Did you hear the new policy about people over the age of 16,” Harper questioned.
“No, what about it,” I ask, hoping it’ll be less stupid than the last law they set.
“Here, it says on Heavan Nightly that everyone age 16 or over, can start dimension Jumping with perrmission from Ane,” she says in a reporter voice, that was her dream before she died, to become a reporter.
“And why should I waste 5 minutes asking that lunatic if I can go out of here,” Dillian asked.
“Becuase,” she said matter of factly, “we might finally be on Ane’s good side of things, and I’m tired of living in this rusty house,” Harper seemed really confident in this and if she was confident, than I was too.
“Let’s do it then,” I stated. We shoved breakfast in are faces and set off to find Ane.
