My Poetry
Not just some lines of words
not just a blank paper covered in stains of ink
But my deepest feelings
locked in every pore of skin
Those are my silent thoughts
melted on the page
were kept inside the mind, now free from the cage
My sorrows, my happiness, the pain dripping from my heart
the dry tears on my cheeks, now a form of art
The untold truths, the flow of emotions
I let the pen crawl and they made illusions
The forbidden dreams, the secrets of history
Those are the music of my heartstrings, those are my poetry.
