Undercover with the Avengers // Captain America Fanfiction

Hello readers! Welcome to [Undercover with the Avengers // Captain America Fanfiction]

So this is my first time actually writing a book, so please spare my horrible terrible writing skills. I always had an imaginative brain, and whenever I’m bored in school I would day dream about things that can never happen in the real world. I would constantly picture a scene in my head, in which I would then warp it a little to what I like it to be and from there I would create a whole story. Normally after a story ends, I would either just end it there and create a new one or try conveying the story to my friend. This time, after telling my friend the whole story (with simple English of course, and also a summarized version of it) she started bugging me to write it out and publish it on Inkitt. As you can clearly see, she has managed to persuade me, as I am now sitting in front of this computer screen, sliding my freezing fingers across the keyboard. I really hope you enjoy reading this book! I am genuinely quite excited to see where this book will end up. I see so many good authors get #1 for their books, and I really hope that one day my book can be up there too! (but that would’ve meant that the standard dropped to rock bottom *wink wink*)

Since the age of 6, Elizabeth Veronica Smith has been training under the Supernatural Agency of Secret Services, otherwise known as S.A.S.S (author’s note: I know this literally spells out SASS but I found it super funny so I decided to put it in. It does have a nice ring to it tho :D)

Under the wing of Jasper Knight, the founder of S.A.S.S., Elizabeth’s mental and physical ability increased by heaps, resulting in the discovery of supernatural powers she never knew she had. By the time her 12th birthday had passed, she the fastest advancing agent in the organization, jumping ranks each year. Now, she is 19 years old, and is ranked the 2nd in the whole organization. After getting promoted to being 1st in the organization, Elizabeth gets a dangerous task that could either kill or save the entire world. This is the story of Elizabeth Veronica Smith.

DESCRIPTION:

“I’ve seen what powers you have, and to be honest, all girls are weaklings. Just like you.” He grumbled as he towered over me.

I scoff and looked at him dead in the eye, “well then, Mr Great Depression, you must be a girl then, since you’re the weak one in this battle.” With that, energy surged from my hands and laser beams shot out, wrapping itself around Mr Great Depression and throwing him halfway across the room. Dusting my hands, I mumbled to myself, “that should do the trick.”

As an undercover agent in S.A.S.S, no one other than her boss and her best friend know who she truly is. The rest of the world only knows her by her nickname, Nightlock. Heck, even S.H.I.E.L.D. doesn’t know who she is. Nobody knows how she looks like or even how she sounds like. All they know is that she’s strong, powerful, and has a heck ton of potential.

But what happens when she goes on an undercover mission as the newest member of the Avengers, and meets Captain America in person? Will she let love deter her away from the mission objective? Or will she remain passive and succeed?
