What is your opinion?

A nice hobbit sized miniature

"This short story takes the reader right into the heart of the Shire, where Gandalf the Grey shows up on Bilbo's doorstep, trying persuade the reluctant hobbit to follow him on an adventure. All who have read Tolkien's work know what eventually ensues, but this little story shows us the crucial scene from Gandalf's POV, which I find quite amusing and well captured. The grumpy and wise wizard ist obviously quite fond of Master Baggins and since he is very knowledgable, he of course pretends to know what's best for the middle-aged hobbit. A lovely read, which incorporates nicely some phrases from Tolkien and offers still a new and fresh view. Well done, mellon-nín!"
