Snow
A beautiful thing
A beautiful word
But beauty is a double edged blade
Beauty can be good
A source of affection and care
Kind to all who see it
Beauty can also be evil
Cutting through the darkness
Biting deep into flesh and bone
Snow is both good and evil
Beautiful and dark
Understanding and unforgiving
Fall not for the tantalizing softness
For underneath lies dark intent
Just waiting to break free of its beautiful confines
