i sit up and yawn as i look at tikki sleeping soundly next to me. i smile and grab my phone and look at the time on it. "mmm...it.......10:00.......WAIT....I'M laaaattteeee!!!!!!!!" i yank the blankets off and run off to get ready i trip on my backpack and land with a crash"ugh!....that will leave a mark!" i leap up and run off to find my satchel and see it on my bed i run up the steps and grab it. if i can't get to school on time....not only will the teacher kill me but alya too!!!!! i thought. i wake tikki up put her in my satchel and grab my bag and race to school.

"wooooow!!!! how are you always late mari?" alya asked. i have a brief daydream about being ladybug and fighting an akuma all night long."ummmmm.........i can explain.......it was...um...i was doing homework...and it was really...hard?...and um...it...was......something i had to do or i would be in big trouble???" i say unconvincingly. Alya gives me a fierce glare "do you think i am slow? girl! that was the worst lie you can come up with!!!!! come on... the truth!! NOW"
