???: your useless! you little brat!
my “mother” screams at me.Why was she like this? because she’s not my real mother. her family adopted me, her family which includes her husband who is jobless and sits around all day acting drunk, and her 2 daughters. Jae-eun and Ji-hye.
(her adoptive mom’s name is seo-jun so i will write her as seo-jun)
As expected they are both brats like there mother and father. seo-jun: Are you even listening to me you dumb B*tch?! i snapped out of my thoughts and looked at her again as she looks at me with a fierce look.
Y/n: o-oh sorry.
seo-jun: sorry?! you broke my favorite plate! do you know how much this costs? Who’s gonna pay for this? your parents?!
Y/n: SHUT UP! She was a little taken aback but then started to scream again.
seo-jun: how dare you?! from tomorrow you have to wake up at 5 in the morning and clean the whole house before anyone wakes up!
I sigh and head up to my room which is also the closet. I hate life. First her daughters treat me like trash and then she makes me do all the work, and then there’s the dad. that lazy Sh*t. i laugh at my thoughts and turn around on the tiny mattress. Looking out through the tiny window and see the beautiful forest outside.
I’ve never been outside a lot. They said if anyone they knew saw me i would “cause shame to there family” like there daughters aren’t enough shame. I always love to feel the cold air on my hair but i know with this family, it would never happen. I close my eyes and think how it would feel like if i were adopted in to a normal family.I close my eyes and drift off to sleep.
seo-jun: WAKE UP!
I hear her annoying voice as she knocks on the door impatiently. Oh shit i forgot to get up at 5! what if she makes me clean it twice?! i stand and open the door.
Y/n: yes? for some reason she’s smiling.
seo-jun: get downstairs right now i have something to say to everyone.
I nod as she happily walks away, WEIRD! she’s never smiled at me before.
I put my hair in a ponytail and walk downstairs to see my Adoptive dad along with Jae-eun and Ji-hye sitting there staring at Seo-jun as she smiles.
Seo-jun: We are moving!!!!
Jae-eun: What?
ji-hye: didn’t you hear? are you deaf or something? she said we are movin- wait what?!
jae-eun: didn’t you hear? are you deaf or something? she says mocking ji-hye.
I walk toward them and stand.
Seo-jun: 0h, and we have to take y/n because who else is gonna clean our new house.
she says as i roll my eyes at her.
Jae-eun: where are we moving?
Seo-jun: Daegu!
Ji-hye: Oh my God that’s where the royal castle and the royal family lives?!
Seo-jun: I know! and i heard that he is looking for a wife! she says and winks at her daughters. i laugh inside thinking what type of drug he would be on to marry these 2.
Ji-hye: When are we moving?
Seo-jun: today.
