A New Beginning
"DAN!" I heard my mother shout from the kitchen. I look over at my clock and see that I only have twenty minutes to get up, get dressed, and eat breakfast before my bus gets here. I think I will be able to make it in time, especially with my energy that I have this morning. A month ago my mother told me we would move to Manchester and that I would have to go to a new school. I was very happy about this since I got bullied at my old school but I for some reason never told anyone. when I got downstairs I had only ten minutes before my bus would get here and I am supposed to wait for the bus five minutes before it get to my house. Since I would only have five minutes to eat I just told my mother that I would skip breakfast this morning and just play on my phone until I had to go out for my bus. She didn't want to let me go to school without eating breakfast but she let me anyway. I know it is important for me to eat but I sometimes feel like it's not important, as if me eating food is just wasting it. But I shouldn't get caught up in all my thoughts. After all, in this new school, no one will know who I am. It could be a fresh start, a new begining.
