Authors Note
Thank you for choosing to read “Lost Innocence”. In 2015 I published my first book called “River of Lies” it was based on a true story. This is that true story, however it has been expanded. You will meet new characters and see a new story emerge.
This has been a tough story for me to write, as it has been in my every waking moment and my dreams. Like I said, this is based on a true story. It is not my story, although elements of me do exist in it, but it is true nonetheless. I want to really make a note that my husband is an amazing and patient man. He deals with my crazy every day when I’m writing. And believe me when I say there is crazy. As this book, well this whole “River of lies” series has completely consumed me. So what an awesome man I have!! He is my own personal Dylan, just without the dying stuff..
As with all my books there is of course a soundtrack (just on the off chance this is ever made into a movie, please make it into a movie...) the soundtrack consists of:

Uncloudy Day
Willy Nelson
Oh, they tell me of a home far beyond the skies
Oh, they tell me of a home far away
Oh, they tell me of a home where no storm clouds rise
Oh, they tell me of an unclouded day.
Oh, the land of the cloudless day
Oh, the land of the unclouded sky
Oh, they tell me of a home where no storm clouds rise
Oh, they tell me of an unclouded day
Oh they tell me of a King and his beauty there
And they tell me mine eyes shall behold
where He sits on a throne that is whiter than snow
In a city that is made of gold
Oh, the land of the cloudless day
Oh, the land of the unclouded sky
Oh, they tell me of a home where no storm clouds rise
Oh, they tell me of an unclouded day
Oh they tell me he smiles on his children there
And His smile drives all their sorrows away
And they tell me no tears ever come again
In that lovely land of unclouded day
Oh, the land of the cloudless day
Oh, the land of the unclouded sky
Oh, they tell me of a home where no storm clouds rise
Oh, they tell me of an unclouded day
