The Beauty of Nature
The Beauty of Nature
She asks me how nature is beautiful
When it causes earth quakes and tremors
How can I live a life that is rich and full
When we constantly hide in terror
How can nature be serene
While her mother makes scorpions and snakes
How can it claim to be peaceful in its gleam
When it leaves destruction in its wake
How can nature be calm
With it’s tornados and twisters
How can we enjoys the birds sweet songs
With natures’ bees, the killer
Again she asks, how can nature be beautiful
And I simply reply, because she made you.

pretty cool
I would consider using some more punctuation. I think it would help define the importance of certain phrases/lines. The line "How can it claim to be peaceful in its gleam" gleam doesn't make sense to me. Here's a synonym to try to show you why it doesn't seem right to me, "peaceful in its shine." I really like the idea of this poem, everyone says nature is beautiful but look at all the destruction it causes but it then turns around and says look at the beauty that comes from it. The process of a man becoming a wolf is destructive but the end product is beautiful.
