~Intro~

After i walked into the shelter and went to the front desk and a middle aged lady said,

"Blair Olsen?"

“Yes...im here to pick up Roxy” I replied

“In the back” she said

And I walked down the hallway and I flinched at the sound of dogs barking. I went in a room and saw a small golden retriever. The pup looked up at me from a corner and I bent down to seem less scary.

“Hey Roxy” I said in a soft voice

*bark*

I chucked and then someone behind me said-

“She never barked at someone before….growl yes bark no”

I turned sharply to see a boy with dark black hair and dark blue eyes

If I had a mirror, I probably had a half angry half curious look. He took the hint and said-

“I was just dropping by and saw you here”

I nodded to Roxy and he said-

“need help...getting her out of that corner?”

I looked back at Roxy and she came over to me and sat on my lap.

“If I need help I'll give you a call” I said

I handed him my phone and he typed in his number I did a light and he handed me his phone for me to type my number and I put it in as Blair,

“Names Blair” I said

“Cole” he said and I picked Roxy up and began to walk outside but cole stopped me and said-

“Be careful with her, she was found a month ago tied to a tree with no water or food for weeks and she is not to…”

“Trusting I know….I caught on” I replied

He smiled and moved out of the way, I walked to my black mortorcyle.

"Wanna hide girl?" I asked

*bark*

I laughed and got one and put her on my lap and drove home. When I got home I put her in a spot I put all her stuff out. And went to bed, when I woke up later that night she was beside me-

"Roxy you have a bed you know" I said tiredly

She looked at me and went back to sleep.

"Great....i lost my bed to a dog" I mumbled

CINNAZEN: I loved this book. I’m starting on book two and I’m confused because they talk about her being pregnant in the third chapter after they set off on their way to the new location BUT in this book she’s bleeding and not sure if she’s even pregnant? So that’s one of the things that’s confusing. It doesn...

Artsy_Olivia: I love the work... I work with writers as a visual artist to adapt stories into webtoons, comics, character designs, and cover art, and your world naturally fits that space.
