Lost at Sea

On a bright and sunny day in the year 4017 in Suncoast, Talia and her family were at the beach having a vacation like they did every year. Talia’s family is like your any normal family Talia and her brother Michael both have tan skin and black hair and brown eyes like their dad except for Talia’s brother Alex who had green eyes which he received from their other dad. Talia and her brothers were riding waves in the ocean while their parents stayed on the shore watching them.

“Talia! If you swim out too far you’ll get pulled into the deeper part of the ocean.” Talia’s older brother Michael warned as Talia kept swimming further out to sea.

“Don’t worry Mike! I’m fine,” Talia said as she kept swimming on her surfboard, after a couple of minutes of swimming and surfing, Talia sat on her surfboard and looked around only found herself in the middle of the ocean far from shore.

“Maybe I should have listened to Mike.” She said as she looked around looking for shore. Talia looked around more frequently for the shore unaware to her she was being watched by a siren under the ocean. The Siren watched Talia out of curiosity. Never seeing a human before, it swam towards the surface to get a better look. Talia searched around then saw something swimming up to the surface. Thinking it was a shark, Talia froze and stayed completely still as the figure got closer Talia noticed it looked human and relaxed thinking it was a scuba diver but then the siren lifted its head out of the water up to its neck showing it’s purple eyes, brown hair and it stared curiously at Talia who stared back, terrified to say anything.
