“COLE SCOTT!!”
“Yes Dad,What do you want?”
“Do those dishes I told you to do hours ago. What have you been doing? Sitting in the basement, Cause that’s what your going to be doing if you don’t do them in 2 minutes!”
“Okay fine, but when I’m done can I go for a walk?”
” NO, there’s a war out there shrimp!”
Cole just sighed, he never got to do anything he wanted to do AT ALL! So he basically just followed his evil dad’s orders which were just doing house chores all around, It was terrible. Cole is a 13 year old boy who lives in Boston, Massachusetts in 1845 during the awful War of Sacrifices.
3 minutes later he walked over to his dad in the living room to tell him he was done but when he walk over there his dad was passed out on the couch. Cole gasped he walked over closer and realized he was just sleeping.
“Yes” He thought “Now it’s my time.” “But what should I do that won’t wake dad up?”
" Maybe I could go for a walk but I could risk my life out there with that war going on”
" I can’t.”
" It way to risky out there,I could die if a soldier finds me.”
