Chapter 1
Dragon's roar echoed through the valleys, as winter falls through the sky. Tessa placed all her books in her bag, getting ready in her first day of being a senior Dragon Rider in Dragnous Academy.
Dragnous Academy. The academy of every people want to be in. Getting close to know about dragons and it's secrets. Only and exactly 300 students are allowed to be in this school, this academy has been living for almost 489 years. Trying to show the other worlds that dragons can show no harm. One dragon can destroy a living world for just a spilt seconds, with that splits second the Eos Dragon will show it's true power. Chained inside the Mountains, no one wanted to learn it's secrets, no one wanted to be with that hideous monster. Tessa is the exact opposite of this people. She's not scared, either she want to be the a great Dragon Charm or just get killed.
Tessa climb up to her horse, before kicking her to run. Hazel (Name of her horse) stomp her hooves in the dirt path all the way to the academy on top of the mountain. Some people in the academy is actually royalties from the different planets, it's been almost 20 minutes before she arrived in the castle. With a love kind of miracle, the most attractive prince of Elias has arrived just the same time as Tessa. This guy admired her when she was a second year, but sad for this guy he can't show his feelings to her. Tessa always ignore the royalties in order not to get in trouble. Tessa drag Hazel to her asigned stable which is next to Prince Juaquim the prince of Elias. Thousands of girls fell in love with this boy, yet Tessa didn't.
After Tessa left Hazel when she's comfortable, she finally left the stable with a hurry. Prince Juaquim rushed to her only get trapped by 4 girls who's confessing to him, he didn't noticed that Tessa already disappered and left the stable. Each classroom in the academy is named after the names of the 8 strongest Dragon. This dragons is also names of the planets in the Space.
Tessa's class, same as Prince Juaquim is name Saturn. Which is the Female Dragon who protects both Land and Water.
Tessa sat in her original sit, right next to Prince Juaquim's chair. Tessa adjusted her glasses, her reddish hair falling down her shoulder. Mr. Prince Juaquim came and sat next to her, too shy talking to her. She pulled out a book which is her diary and wrote down the things that happen now. Her routine in writting in her diary is always when she sat in class, short break, lunch, free time, then at her house. Being the only member of the Hale family, one of the most largest family in the world who was killed by Eos the Strongest dragon in the whole universe. Though her parents and he family died because of Eos, she wouldn't Dragon can be tamed or always be uncontrollable.
Time passed when it's time for dragon riding practice. She has her own dragon, his name is Devorak. His a fire dragon, just like she wanted and his chamber can be seen in the 3 floor of the Dragon Tower. While Prince Juaquim's Dragon is right bellow her, in order for this dragon's to go to the arena Dragon from the very top of the towers which is 6 floors needs to fly in the big hole in the middle. Giving space for the dragons to climbed in to hole.
After minutes later, Tessa buckled up and pulling her leash signalling for Devorak to fly in the top hole and she was followed by Prince Juaquim who has a dragon name Haze which is a Haste dragon. By the word Haste, it can fly very fast. Fast enough to fly beside Tessa. Tessa shot him a small glance before focusing infront of her, the cold snow touch them and let the brizz feels us. Luckily since Tessa's dragon is fire, she warmed up and felt this fine feeling to her.
Just as the arena is getting close, Tessa hold tight on her dragon before she signalled him to dive in the arena straight down. Devorak made a soft landing in the ground and people gasp, awe, and got suprised by a very soft landing from a very steep dive.
Prince Juaquim came next, letting Tessa turned her head to him. Creating a small eye contact with the prince before he winked at her sweetly.
"Now student, please come down to your dragon and armor them up. Since we are having a very small field trip for this day, and please to find your partner. And this partner will be your partner for the whole year. Choose wisely." The teacher Mr. Klide told the students. And as expected all of the girls came to Prince Juaquim.
Prince Juaquim continues to listen to the invitation when he spotted Tessa caressing her dragon. Then he moved through the crowd of girls and started to walk towards Tessa, and got stopped.
"Where are you going Juaquim? Choose me!" A random girl squeled.
"Actually I do have a partner.." Prince Juaquim told the girls, they whined while a green headed girl yelled who.
With a hidden smirk on his face, he pulled Tessa and placed her infront of him. Her back faced infront of him while his arms was placed above her shoulders and told the girls;
"Her. My friend Tessa Hale."
