Hi everyone! So this is my first Warriors Fanfiction on this account, and this fanfiction answers this interesting question - “What would happen if
Firestar
and
Scourge switched places?” Oh, and don’t forget that those places aren’t the only ones that changed... ;)
Please Read And Review.
Warriors does NOT belong to me. It belongs to Erin Hunter.
Also, this version of Tiny’s backstory isn’t the same as the book, Rise of Scourge. However, it is loosely based on that book.
Tiny woke up in his bed inside the Twoleg’s Den one morning. Tiny had two siblings, Socks and Ruby. His mom was named Quince. However, Tiny didn’t know who his father was, sadly.
Tiny and his siblings were allowed to go outside that day - and how amazing was that! The outside world was amazing to the kittens. They have never seen the outdoors before.
The housefolk would put a tendril with a strange yellow thing on it. Tiny didn’t know what is was, but he liked it because it made a nice “ding ding” sound. Socks and Ruby began to playfight with each other, and Tiny wanted to play too! He wanted to learn how to fight with his siblings and have fun!
Tiny approached the two and asked, “Can I play with you too?” But Socks simply spat at him and Ruby pretended not to notice. Quince didn’t do anything either and seemed to almost not notice.
Tiny was upset. "Why don't they like me? It's not my fault i'm small," he thought sadly. But then, he saw a small hole in the fence! "Finally, a way to show them i'm good as them - maybe better," he exclaimed in his mind excitedly.
Tiny crawled through the hole, and he ran joyfully into the city. He mewed happily, "The city is amazing! I could almost imagine living here!" When he got to a trashcan, he heard faint pawsteps.
"Huh? Who's there? Who are you?" Tiny blabbed with fear. He looked around warily, until a cat jumped and pinned him to the ground. Tiny realized that this cat was an adult, but he sensed an unnatural presence of strength pumping through his veins.
"Run!" Tiny screamed in his head. Tiny sprinted as quickly as he could back to his home! The cat kept right up to him, and he was already running out of breath.
"I can't run any longer, and he's behind me! I need to fight back, but how?" Tiny asked fearfully in his mind. Tiny realized that he couldn't fight this strong of a cat, however he could show his belly. Tiny knew that showing his belly was very dangerous, especially when he was fighting an enemy cat!
Tiny decided that that was his only choice, and he did. When he looked up, he saw that the cat stopped showing signs of aggression and instead licked his paw, all signs of anger or frustration drained out like a pond dried out in the hot sun.
"Who are you? Why did you attack me? Where do you live? Are you a wild cat?" Tiny babbled loudly, excited that he might have just met and defeated a wild cat.
"Oh me? I'm just a warrior from Bloodclan. My name is Brickscar, and I saw that you obviously aren't from the other clans. It isn't worth hurting you at all."
"What's a clan - Bloodclan?" Tiny asked curiously. He never heard about "Bloodclan" before, and he wanted to know badly.
"A clan is a group of cats which live in the city."
"NOW RUN!" Brickscar screeched suddenly.
"Wha-why? I don't hear anything!" Tiny replied, confused.
It was too late. Suddenly, two more cats ran up and sat beside Brickscar. One was a big, black and white tom with a scar between his eyes and with green eyes. The other was also a young cat with torn ears, yellow eyes, and a grey tail. Tiny realized that he was an adult, but he wasn't as big as the others.
"Who are you?" Tiny shuddered with fear in his eyes.
"I am Bonestar and this is Snipetail," the black and white tom said with little to no emotion. "Hey look, a kittypet!" Snipetail mewed, staring at Tiny with curiosity.
"Snipetail, stop your staring." Bonestar sighed. "Anyway, you did fight well against Brickscar," he remarked. "Stand up, you two! Stand up too, kittypet."

Hi there!
I just started reading Running Scared and I’m really enjoying it so far! I love how you open with the tense action and emotional stakes especially how the characters react under pressure, which pulled me into the story right away.
I’m excited to keep reading and see where their journey goes next! 😊 Lizzy
