Preface
“Every atom in your body originates in an exploding star. And perhaps the atoms in your left hand originated in a different star than the atoms in your right hand. This is really the most poetic thing I know about physics: you are all stardust. You would not be here if the stars did not explode, because the chemical elements — carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, iron, everything necessary for evolution and life — were not created at the beginning of time. They were synthesized in the nuclear furnaces of the stars, and the only reason they fell into your body was that the stars designed to explode. And if you are looking at the beauty and poetry of this world, just think that the stars are dying so that you and I can be here and now. ” Lawrence Maxwell Krauss
Life is a series of events. Such small, completely unobtrusive, but at the same moment significant. You go out on the streets, watching thousands of sad faces lagging in an unknown direction. The strangest thing about this is that even though you pay attention to them, you cannot remember their faces. Most likely, it is simply not necessary for anyone. Each of them has its own internal drama, which is not subject to facial expressions. Empty gestures, full only contrived falsehood. My whole story is woven from small pieces that I collected throughout my life with these people. Many were familiar to me, we even formed a collapse with many of their universes. But no one could compare with the very smallest universe, which will be the whole story about. This is a damn hard task — to tell about something so that everyone who reads it feels and experiences all the same emotions as you. But I will run away from all the literary canons. I will relief every line, washing it down with a clean bourbon and dropping a mean tear over each seemingly forgotten, but such a native string. This story is not so much about love, as it would seem at first glance. These are the lines that are formed into a single one and as a result are expressed in a vast galaxy full of experiences, joy, sorrow, sadness, and sufferings. The question of minutes. The matter of the expediency of being. The whole story is trying to find the answer to one question: in which of our bodies does this overwhelming feeling live?
