Summary
In hiding from his past on a small island off the coast of Delaware, former investigator Cary Thompson finds himself in the center of a town's demise. When the body of young Piper Willow is found posed in the marsh islands off the Delaware coast a mysterious woman lures ex-CID and full time drinker Cary Thompson from behind the bar where he hides from both his past and present, staving off a future.
