Prologue

This is the story of two very special souls that are Elizabeth Schuyler and Alexander Hamilton. Elizabeth “Eliza” was the daughter of a general named Philip Schuyler and his wife Catherine Van Rensselaer Schuyler. She lived a very happy and comfortable childhood with her 15 brothers and sisters.

Alexander Hamilton was the illegitimate son of a married woman named Rachel Faucette and a Scotsman, James Hamilton.

He was born in the Carribean and moved to New York when he was eighteen to study. He graduated from King's College (now Columbia) and in 1775 moved to work in the military. He worked under George Washington as his aide-de-camp or secretary. There he found his of love fighting of

Eliza met Alexander at the age of 22 and he was 24. The two were married two years later when they were 24 and 26, respectively. They had eight children together and suffered through many hardships.

This will be a historical fiction on their lives, I am very previlidged to be the one to share it with you. I hope you enjoy!
