It's really helpful for a person going through hard times. The author has the superpower to describe both: pain and life. I could feel the hurt, reading the parts about depression and pain and I could feel life inside me reading the parts about hope and not giving up. Overall, I loved this book and would like to recommend it to anyone who needs motivation and is going through hard times."

"I my personal opinion this was the best poetry book that I've read, everything in it is amazing, the way that the author was able to make me picture what was going on in my head and be able to see exactly what the author was talking about. To add on, even though the book is about sad situations.. it's an attention grabber because as soon as I read chapter one I kept reading it. I wouldn't definitely recommend this book to other people "
