The rise
“Long ago when the world was newly formed, an entity wise and powerful inhabited the world. But alas ,he it was all alone. He was tired of his life. One day he decided to give away his powers and renounce the world. He sat down on a rock and raised his hands and said
“Oh mother nature take all the power you gave me and set me free”
saying this he started to let go of all his power seeing this the all powerful god was worried. He knew that if the being gave all his power to the nature she will not be able to hold it and would be destroyed. He didn’t wanted his beautiful creation to be destroy he divided the entities power into many parts in shape of spheres they came to be known as ‘god spheres’. From one of them sprouted ‘the life’. The other god spheres are yet to be discovered. But only worthy humans can posses the power of those spheres”.
“Am I worthy to take them”.
asked toddler in his baby like voice, he was wearing green upper and had a piece of long read horizontal cloth as a belt and had loose lower his whole clothes were handmade and made of cotton. The boy was fair in color but he was not English and his eyes were blue and deep he was Stephen the eldest son of the headman of the village George.
“Maybe” said the old man who was telling this story to his grandsons at the shore of the river of their village the old man was Merlin the wisest man in the village.
The old man said “Stephen, shell, parker lets go home it’s too late I don’t want those bloody outlanders to see us here”.
Outlanders were the people from the empire of.
“But why” asked parker facing upwards to his grandfather with innocent-sparkling brown eyes, Merlin replied with a smile on his old wrinkled face
“you don’t want your grandfather to be anten by an outlander do you?”.
Parker said while raising his arms upward as demanding his grandfather to pick him up on his hands “no grand pa”.
The next moment Merlin picked up parker and carried him on his hand and he gave his old wrinkled finger to shell, shell held his hand with his small white and soft hand and with other hand shell held the hand of Stephen they were walking towards their village, the shore was lit up by the sun in orange light and the river reflected a shimmery reflection of the sun whole atmosphere looked like a mixture of orange and green.
They saw a man coming towards them; he was injured shell cried “look grandpa! Sherman”.
Seeing his condition Merlin immediately rushed towards him and held him in his hand and inquired “What is it? What happened?”
Sherman replied in groaning voice “out...Landers they…attacked our village”. Merlin’s face became white his face showed a deep sense of tension.
Shell said “Those bloody outlanders I will kill them lets go grandpa”
when Merlin reached the village he saw a level of destruction he had never seen, the sky was blood red many houses were set on fire the ground was covered with dead bodies of his loved ones, merciless massacre happened no one was spared everyone who seen was dead women, children, old ones,. Parker was a baby Merlin covered eyes of parker.
Seeing this dreadful sight Stephen was broken inside he saw all his friends, family, loved ones. The rain drops started jumping off the cloud as if they were there just to satisfy the humongous thirst of the fire. When Merlin and the children entered the house they saw the dead bodies of George and his wife lying at the center of the in garden. Seeing this sight Merlin was unable to stop his tears to fall of his eyes, Stephen’s heart was so heavy with anger, frustration, and sorrow.
Stephen rushed and sat down between the rainwater soaked bodies of his father and mother and cried the only words he said where “whoever did will not remain alive I Stephen Warrior son of George Warrior take an oath that I will destroy the umpire of KEROSA”.
He lifted up his face and cried very loud his cry could be heard over a hundred thunder strikes. It seemed like the clouds are too showing there sorrows by the rain. The rainwater satisfied the thirst of fire it settled down. Then Stephen asked his grandfather angrily “why they came to the village? Why they killed my family, my father, and my mother why?” Merlin replied In slow and low voice
“Calm down son calm down”
“Just tell me” he shouted, Merlin came back with no reply the scene was ghost quite, absolute silence, only sound one can hear was the sound of rain.
Then again Stephen cried “why are you quite? Answer me. Tell me why”. Saying this, his voice slowly faded, he fell down and became unconscious. He was about to fall but a man who was tall, fair, and his body was firm and powerful catches him, he was all dressed in black except of his vest which was green his hairs were white and eyes were black , he was HOKITO NARAHA the fight trainer of village warrior school catches him.
The next morning the sun rose with its flaming hot rays, the water of the rain dried but the tears of the villagers didn’t, that night whoever was left alive didn’t slept the remaining elders of village held a meeting. It was held beneath a big and old banyan tree during the ice cold night the elders surrounded the fire as if heard of lamb surrounds a haystack. The orange light of fire was reflecting at the tensed face of adults.
Hokito said while standing and folding his hands “Is there anything we can do to take revenge” he sounded depressed and angry at the same time
. Nitra a young girl sitting directly in front of SAKUTOGI MERLIN, wearing a blue ninja outfit, she had brown hair, hard mouth, and was cold and insensitive, her eyes were blue she was the in charge of security of the village with her tense face replied in a depressed voice while thinking about something
“These outlanders have power of military, they do magic and here in our side only thing we know is our martial art, sometimes it is good to take a step back to survive, if we stay here it is a matter of time we become slaves of outlanders”.
Toby a 42 years old baker said “we are villagers we don’t seek revenge we seek peace we should shift to the nearby village after-all all they want is this land we should give it to them”.
Kevin a 20 year old young man with high attitude, he was fair looking, his face had sharp jaw line, and his eyes were green blonde hair, he cried in weird: “doesn’t this massacre bother you, isn’t it enough as a reason to attack them; after all we are warrior”.
HOKITO said “are you foolish they have those modern weapons they have magic”.
Merlin asked his advisor “how many people they have killed DEVON?”
an old man dressed in orange traditional wearing an old ninja hat clothes opened a scroll with his bony hands his eye’s dark black pupil surrounded from white eye ball sparkled while lowering his head he said “65 master SAKUTOGI”.
MERLIN added “my grandson next SAKUTOGI of the village is just 8 years old and his brothers are babies, for the protection of village We will shift to the moon village;
SAKUTOGI of moon village is a great friend of mine. We will shift tomorrow tell everyone in the village to pack their bags.”
KEVIN said in confusion “MASTER SAKUTAGI aren’t we supposed to fight back we are warriors”.
NITRA said “MASTER SAKUTAGI has never been wrong. You are rich that doesn’t mean that you can question MASTER SAKUTAGI.”
MERLLIN replied in his shrilling voice “you will understand the decision later when you will reach the moon village, village council dismissed”.
Everyone got up from their seats they took their paths, a white horse was standing behind the tree Kevin went there sat on that horse and said in exiting voice “KUJO time to go home!” the moment he said the horse raised his front leg and started neighing and when he landed he started running at his top speed.
NITRA and HOKITO went to every house in the village to inform them about the orders.
At the village hall the advisor DEVON asked “is it correct to break the orders of the ancient”. “It is not but I wish I am right this time” reply came from MERLIN.
Next day the whole village was awaken early in the morning everybody was in hurry. The soldiers of the village guarded the people walking towards the exit. The village had big walls of wood which surrounded the village in order to protect them from invaders and predators. Merlin was sitting in the shrine, which was situated at the west of the village, it was huge its roofs were high as 3 floored building. He was lighting incense sticks HOKITO and DEVON were standing behind him.
DEVON asked “SAKUTAGI MERLIN are you sure it is right to leave the shrine unguarded, this shrine as a great value”.
“Who are we to guard this shrine it is the shrine that guards us” said MERLIN.
STEPHEN and SHELL were very sad they were sitting at the bottom of the stairs of the shrine; the stairs were very high as the shrine was situated on a mountain. SHELL wanted go to his grand pa desperately.
HOKITO, DEVON AND MERLIN came out from the shrine and then they started to come down. When SHELL saw MERLIN he started to climb the stairs as fast as he can. MERLIN and others saw him and were amused to see his excitement to go to moon village.
When he had climbed half a way he was exhausted but he didn’t quit and when he lifted his next leg, he became unbalanced and was about to fall he cried “grand pa”.
HOKITO collected all his strength at his foots, then he stomped his foot at the ground, and jumped he putted all his strength to reach there he did it as fast as he can. He was this fast that no one even can see him. The place where he stomped his foot was a cracked a crater developed as if a meteor had fallen there. He reached there in fraction of second but he realized someone too reached there just a millisecond before he did and secured SHELL in his hand.
She was NITRA. When the dust cloud disappeared everyone was shocked. STEPHEN rushed towards SHELL and thanked NITRA for saving SHELL. HOKITO’s endeavor was unnoticed against the deeds of NITRA.
“Be careful while climbing up to the stairs, they could be dangerous” said NITRA with her distinct and USUAL poker face.
MERLIN asked NITRA “how is it going?”
“Everyone is out of the exit we are the last ones left here”.
“So why waiting let’s go!” cried HOKITO.
