{Pinkie Pie’s POV}
I skip into school smiling at all the happy faces around me. Everyone had started to get along better now that Sunset Shimmer was defeated though she still went to the school no one really paid any attention to her including Snips and Snails. The five of us had even grown close even though we thought it was impossible. “Okay okay how about Rainbow and crew? Has a nice ring to it!” Rainbow Dash asks they all groan “It’s not your band! It’s our band Rainbow!” Apple Jack adds frustrated since we’d been talking about this all week. “What about cupcake blast!” I ask they all look at each other but shake their heads.
“What about the Rainbooms?” Fluttershy asks we all look at her thinking “or not we can be called something else” we all shake our heads “I love it!” Rarity says putting her hand on Fluttershy’s shoulder she blushes shyly. “All in favor!” Apple Jacks says we all raise our hands “All opposed” the only person to raise their hand was Rainbow “Oh man!” we all laugh as we walk into the practice room. I sit behind the drums while Rainbow Dash picks up a guitar, Apple Jack picks up a guitar, Rarity plays the keyboard, and Fluttershy gets her tambourine. I raise my sticks into the air and count us in “1, 2, 3, 4!”

I skip out of class and walk outside the school. Once at the school stache I stop and sit down tapping my fingers on my bag as if I were playing the drums. The other girls arrive and sit down around me “so what are we playing at the banquet?” Rarity asks eyeing my cupcake I guard it by keeping it away from her “We gotta play awesome as I wanna be!” Rainbow Dash says excitedly “Could we play one of my songs?” Fluttershy asks offering her songbook to Rainbow Dash “Come on Fluttershy we’re only playing one song!” Fluttershy nods obviously hurt.“Granny says we can practice in the barn tonight” Apple Jack adds “she’s making pie!” everyone cheers when Flash rushes up to us. “Has an equestrian princess called? Or texted?” he asks nervously we all shake our heads “Oh sugar cube I don’t think she’ll be back for a while” Apple Jack informs him he frowns. “Well there are some new girls here they’ve been hanging out with Sunset,” he says making us all exchange looks of alarm. I shrug “well maybe she’s nicer now?” I offer getting weird looks from everyone.
We gather in a group together and walk to where Sunset normally was at lunch. We walk into the gym and spot three girls with Sunset all laughing and talking. We make our way over to them “Hey” Rainbow Dash says when we were standing in front of them “I’m Rainbow Dash and this is Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Apple Jack, and Fluttershy” we all wave “I’m Adagio Dazzle and this is Aria Blaze” the girl with purple hair waves “and Sonata Dusk” the girl with blue hair waves. “We’re new here,” she says touching the necklace that matched her two other friends “Those are very pretty where did you get them,” Rarity asks reaching out to touch Adagio’s necklace. Adagio smacks her hand away “sorry these are very old and we hold them close to us” the five of us nod
“It was nice meeting you!” I say before we turn around and walk away “Something’s off about them” Apple Jack says “I don’t like them” Fluttershy mumbles “Should we warn Twilight?” Rarity asks “Not yet. If we find out they have magic them, yeah but for now let’s just not get her involved” we all agree as we go off to our different classes.
