Book 1
"Enjoyed the story overall. Needs editing. A little long winded in some area's but realized you were trying to build background. Grammar, spelling and need to identify who is speaking at the time because it got kind confusing. Need to explain what the whole prophecy is. Hoping Book 2 will reveal more details? Mr Sliver is a minister? Now there's a twist I really didn't expect since I've always understood that vampires can't go on to hallowed ground so he wouldn't be able to enter a church."

"I know Val was supposedly known as a weak witch but noo man! The way she was so oblivious to Nicks true self was too dumb. Even a normal human has enough suspicion to eventually tell that something is wrong with Nick. "

"I tried, I just couldn't get into this story. It is along the lines of my usual ilk, but I found it drawn out and longer than it needed to be. Others may find they like this book, it's just not my cup of tea. I won't be going through the rest of the series. Nothing against the author or the book itself necessarily, I just found I really couldn't get into it. Weak lead female being coerced into a life she doesn't want, being pushed by those she thought she'd cared for, until she ends up making a deal. Definitely not my kind of book."
