What is your opinion?

Quite the Sequel.

"An excellent sequel to the first book about nature, magic and what sounds like a nice twist on mythology too. Ready to read the third book."

Nature Calls: Summer!

"Well, finally finished the second installment. I really enjoyed the first arc with Leif ( - chapters with Leif, eh, I'll just call them arcs). It was nice to see the problems he faced and how he overcame them, his bond with Gust was beautiful. The plot with the Vanishing was really interesting and we learned more about the Elementals, Buyan, and I believe, the ending was a nice set up for the next part. I also loved to learn more about the others' families and how they functioned, Chelsea's grandparents are nice, Dahls and their elders' beliefs. I have to say, Jaime had grown throughout these two books, how she learnt to deal with her emotions and defend her friends in a coolheaded way, was astonishing. I'm heading into spoilers a bit... Talking about Chelsea's arc, how she bonded with Autumn in the end was utterly beautiful, along with the part, when it was revealed, that her mother had gone through hard times, unlike Chelsea's beliefs. On the other hand, Chelsea's argument with Jocelyn could have been done better in my opinion. I'm talking more about how her past with Jocelyn was presented in dialogue. Afterwards, their argument escalated into a fight. That scene felt really reminscent to Jake's arc in the first book, the past between him and that other guy - bully, (I can't seem to recall his name) had been also presented in dialogue. Perhaps one of those pasts could have been shown as a full scene, instead of being told. Now it was kind of repetitious... Other than that, I loved Jocelyn's stance, that she had previously been bullied and then took over that - an interesting concept. This was a really relaxing read! Thank you! ^^"

"Awesome as usual. The knowledge of the Elements is amazing, far surpassing even my knowledge. The highlight is definitely the strength and comfort in family and friends. This guarantees overcoming any obstacle. So true even today, especially today with what we face in the world. "
