Whim Limitation Act
I. Whims must be registered within the set time frame for the specified state requirements to W.S. (Whim Services).
-Holders born have a week notice due from the guardians.
-Discovered Holders have three days to submit a request and form.
II. Traveling (Overseas and State Borders) is not permitted unless registered to both places of travel.
-Vacations will have a month notice, as well as a three-day notice from leaving date.
-Black Listed Countries do not grant traveling, notices for those countries will be rejected and refunded in full.
III. Whim Holding civilians are not permitted to use their abilities unless they have a permit specifying the government's consent.
-Job-based permits can only be distributed by the W.S.
-Only 30 permits are released per state to grant ability use jobs.
-Permits are excluded from the W.S. sanction of jobs.
IV. Moving must be reported to W.S. in a month time frame for the consent of transitioning from state to state or country to country within the U.S borders.
-Designated W.S. caseworker must be informed a month before housing is arranged.
V. Whim Holders must submit to high ranking officials, proper precautions will be taken if disobeying commands.
-Military and political officials apply.
-Police and other first responders also apply.
VI. Military operations cannot include Whim Holders below (redacted information).
