Summary

*

A black heart and a cruel mind. A black moon and a jaded life. Jasmine Villa is a 17 year old girl struggling with the basic and not so basic struggles of a teenage life.

Jasmine feels alone and like everyone hates her from her abusive boyfriend and jealous ex friends to her manipulative mother who loves to try to compete with her, she's stuck between a rock and a hard place.

After getting into a fight and getting caught with her older boyfriend, Jasmine is forced to join a youth at risk program where she finds a passion for making music, a book and a friend who seems to understand her.

The struggle gets realer when she starts having visions of the dead and even worse; hearing them whisper to her while she's falling asleep.

When she begins searching for the reasons for these crazy things happening to her, she stumbles across a book called the g's guide to balance. Mistaking it for a different kind of book, Jasmine quickly finds out that this book is an unpublished book formerly called the Aquarius witches journal aka the journal of the Greys.

A book that seems to have a mind of it's own that just won't leave her alone until she reads it. Strangely enough, it's when she reads it that it disappears, only reappearing when she seems to have mastered whatever wisdom the book seems to want her to focus on that day.

Stuck between a rock and a hard place, Jasmine goes along with her spiritual study program and finds herself not only gaining clout in the music industry, but also as an astrologer.
