Prologue
A guy was getting ready in his room. He seemed to be in a hurry. His wife came inside the room and glances at her.
"Abhilasha, please search that red file for me." he said.
"Vineet, how many times do I have to tell you to keep your things properly?" she asks showing mock anger.
Vineet smiled his evergreen smile to his wife.
"When you're there, why should I care?" he asks.
Abhilasha sighs. There is no way that she can escape his cute smile. Every time she scolds him, he smiles cutely at her and that melts all her anger.
"What should I do with you?" she irked.
Vineet lets out a small chuckle before pulling Abhilasha in a hug. He kisses her cheek.
"When you are here to take care of me, I'll not do anything. I love it when you scold me and more than that you care for me." he says looking at her lovingly.
She pulls herself from the hug and looks at him.
"But I'm not that good. I don't deserve this love."
she sighs.
"Who says so?" he rolls his eyes at his beloved wife.
Abhilasha frowns at her husband.
"As if you don't know? Mom and you have to listen because of me." she cries.
Vineet understands what she wants to say. He kisses her head and pulls her in a hug. He caresses her back and convinces her that everything will be fine. She nods and he leaves for his office.
Vineet leaves for office but he's lost in thoughts. He's a businessman and lives with his mother, Mrinal and wife, Abhilasha. They're happy in their lives but something bugs them. Even after five years of marriage, Vineet and Abhilasha don't have a baby. Now, people point Abhilasha that she can't bear a baby. This pains Vineet. Some of their relatives have even asked Vineet to remarry but he refuses. He loves Abhilasha dearly and not having a child from her doesn't fade his love for her.
He gets upset when people blame Abhilasha for not delivering a baby even after many years of marriage. Yes, parenthood makes your life complete. He believes that. But more than that, he believes that being with your loved one's is more important. He can live his life with Abhilasha and their love. But society won't. And he has decided that he will not remarry.
His trance is broken with his phone ring. He smiles as he saw the name that flashed on his screen. He received the call.
"Thank God! You called." he said.
He could hear a few giggles from the other side and then his lips curved into a smile.
"Come soon.. I'll be waiting. Bbye!" he said and disconnected the call.
He was satisfied after the call and realised he had reached his office. He asks the security guard to park his car and entered the office as some delegates were awaiting him.
