I suggest that you add some more elaborate details and try to link the events in another way that is more smooth and swift rather than writing ‘after I stepped out of the car’ then writing the dialogue then repeating it. It’s better if it’s all moving smoothly one detail after the other and the dialogue flowing softly. And it’s always better to describe something rather than stating it directly like Its a fact.
