Chapter 1
School has just gotten out, Cora just got off at her stop. Cora doesn’t live with her parents, she always wondered why she didn’t, but every time she asked her grandparents they just seemed to get upset, so Cora stopped bothering. “Gramma papa!”, Cora shouted out as she entered her home, then she saw her gramma cooking in the kitchen and her papa watching the television, she waved and smiled and then hurried upstairs. “Ugh I hate homework!”, Cora said, “But I have no choice, I have to do it”. After finishing her homework, Cora walked downstairs, everyday after school she usually went on a bike ride in the forest, “Hey gramma hey papa, I’m heading out”, Cora said, “Okay but be home by dinner time sweetie”, Gramma replied.
