Coming to NY Chapter 1
I never been in the Bronx said Mia. Had to move since mom passed away a few months ago. had a very hard time but nay she rest in peace. It caused from natural causes only God knows how. Why did it come to this she asked to herself as she was writing a journal. Mia finally stood outside a tiny apartment after long hours in that plane with a couple of people just arguing back and forth about whatever life itself I'd say. well she looks up thank god for another day of life. As she looks for Apt #B6 . Mia bumps to her room-mate. Julie greeted Hey Girl we are upstairs, and maybe we can go around NYC by bus and I'd like to show you around town she suggested. Maybe so but I'd like to go alone this time said Mia.
The two bothers Samuel and Michael decided to work together as a team as owners at Apéritif Delich. Mia looks at the newspaper and announced Oh look they're hiring maybe I can go and get a job or something.
After mom passed Mia has a college fund that she can use for whatever she had it since her mom was alive and well, but didn't use it yet.
Later on that afternoon, the interview went well. Mia express to Julie, Julie said : that's great. she then started right away. Samuel had put Mia on the floor cleaning the tables with Micheal. While Sarah and David was on the kitchen making a dish for the customers and guests. they we're making a soufflé with white rice and basil, aside with steak. Mmmm so delicious Mia remembered her mom making that dish when she was a little girl. It brought her back memories to childhood. Sarah looked at Mia and whispered to her: you'll never take my place in this kitchen.
Stir this dish Samuel told Mia. Sarah looked Mia with a look of Jealousy evil look. Ever since Mia started Samuel started liking Mia very much. Sarah quickly ask Samuel and asked: What do you have with the new girl ? Samuel looks up and says she's unique. Sarah says Oh Please , then snaps her fingers and yells out at Samuel. Samuel yells out get back to work missy I'm the boss and If I we're you I'd be working not getting into people's business. got it? And I own you no explanation so the next time I hire someone I got it under control. Sarah nervously goes back to work but had other thoughts in mind. Later on that day, Michael went out to take the trash out and saw a dog outside the park across the street. He went only to find the dog with a bone that the dog had the initial of Hochman. He looks up and thinks out-loud Hmm Hochman? He went to the owner and invited him to Apéritif Delich for dinner. that name seems very familiar but can't pin point how, Michael thinks to himself. Michael than goes back into the restaurant, walking straight to Samuels office and ask what do you know about Hotchman it must have history he worried? Samuel thinks to himself thats mom Vanessa Hotchman. But he doesn't know yet so he doesn't say nothing.
A few hours later Samuel goes out for fresh air, and comes across right next to a little apartment. not knowing its was Mia's apartment. He sits by a bench down stairs next to the building, As Mia goes outside on her balcony she looks down and notices its Samuel. She goes downstairs to suprised him. "Oh hey" says Mia they started to talk and after that ,Mia welcomed Samuel upstairs surely responded Samuel. They both had gone up to her room. she closes her bedroom door to have a alone time. They both stand face to facé and started to kiss slowly. This will be a good evening and a good holiday Samuel said. Mia looks at Samuel smiles at him. Yes, I'm really happy Mia says. Samuel takes off his clothes and soon after she follows him. Lay on your stomach says Samuel. I don't know why says Mia. Mia then closes her eyes and formed a smile knowing It was special. I'll massage your back says Samuel. Samuel's hands lands very gently on her to caress, massage. with shivers flows running through her body. Do you like it Mia? Samuel whispers. Don't stop I been dreaming about my first time my love says Mia. He then lies next to her and asked what would I do without you? and remembering their stresses in the kitchen. She nods her head yes and comment to Samuel I will never let you down Samuel. He then says I will never let you down Mia. She then lays her head on his chest and he rubs her hair.
Their conversation went on and on that night : If you we're the boss would you change anything he asked. Mia looks into his eyes to say my love, you've given me everything I ever wanted tonight. And I would probably change the menu maybe that'll change people's mood? she commented. Samuel than says the restaurant keeps me pretty busy lately, I'll see I can come back. I'll wait for you says Mia.
Both Mia and Samuel are concerned about the balance between work, family. Before that night turned into sun the next day, Mia touched Samuel's cheek and said Everything will be ok. Samuel than said I'm so proud of what we build.
Buzzzzz her phone buzzed, she looks down and shouts OMG she thought outloud its Micheal. Samuel had this look, he'll deal with his brother later. Each brother liked her,but she was so confused and she does know she had the best night of her life with Samuel.
Text message... Micheal- I need to talk to you?
Mia - no not now I'm busy call you later.....
Meanwhile before the night was over for the night, Samuel suggested what If we run away from New York? Mia raised an eyebrow, and asked him do you know what your saying?
