Plenty of gory horror
"This was a fun, gory read for horror fans. We're thrust into a zombie apocalypse very suddenly, and everyone uses their skills to try and survive together with the MC and her friends. It was definitely unpredictable. And to have to survive zombies with three two-month-olds is certainly a challenge. I have a three-month-old now, so I could not imagine. There were some grammar issues, and there were times where I wasn't sure who the author was talking about until a name pops up later on the page. And it's never explained in any way why the MC and her boyfriend had strange abilities, though if there's a second book, perhaps it'll be revealed then. I did enjoy the spontaneity of this book, and the gory scenes were well written. The MC is a badass, and hopefully she'll be seen again in a sequel. "
