Chapter 1
Miley was siting at the dinner table with her grandchildren.
"Grandma, have you ever heard of ghost towns?" One of them asked.
"Yes. Actually I lived in a ghost town," Miley said, "Wanna hear a story?" She asked.
"Yes, please." One of them replied.
"It was 1945 and my mom and I was sitting at the dinner table, just like we are right now," She said, "My mom heard the silence and suspected a robber was nearby. But no, she wasn't right. She paused for a second and then questioned 'You hear that?' My mom asked. I stood, trying to heard something, but I couldn't hear anything. 'No, I don't hear anything, Mom. Are you going deaf, again?' I had asked her. 'Exactly, its dead silence.' She exclaimed." Miley told them.
"Tell me more, tell me more!" One of them exclaimed, excitedly.
She told them more, "I walked to the door, questioning the silence of the town. It was a ghost town. 'Ghost town' I told her. My voice was flattened. She looked suprised. 'Ghost town? Never been a ghost town here' she quickly got up and looked with me. It was a ghost town."
"Woah, must've been weird with all that silence. Wait, its silence right now." One of them paused, terrified that it might be a ghost town, again.
"I know." Miley nodded a terrifying way.
