Arranged Marriage

I was told sense I was young I was to be married at the age of 17.

I was to be married to the youngest Noble of the age 19 in the Eldon Lands.

Then I couldn’t wait, but now I don’t know what I should do.

Three years ago I fell in love with one who I know would not get married to me. He did not know of my arranged marriage. When I met him it started when I got my first enemy.

“Hey! You, come back here and finally I found you! You been bothering us for awhile and now I'll have you turned in!"

The heat in me rose like a flame burning in a forest. As I turned to leave the man grabbed my wrist and I yelped in pain. I was screaming inside as he held on tighter. Then I finally got his grip off of me, but my arm was aching. It felt like my arm was twisted and it pained me terribly. Then I managed to kick him.

“Pfft, you deserve it after all you treat everyone else like filth, but the one who is really filthy is you!”

“What did you say...”

“F...I...L...T...H”

“You, after her!” The man said pointing to a nearby solider

“You must be so lazy, you can’t even do it yourself!”

“I’ll make you understand...” He called to me

“I’d love to see you try” I hollered back

I was running away when the person he ordered to go after me caught up. First he cornered me down to a building. He edged his sword to my neck where I couldn't leave or move.

“O....okay okay you got me, now what are you going to take me back! That guy is the worst, he treats everyone like that, and even other nobles too! I seen it with my own eyes....but who cares! Just take me back so I can cause him more trouble!

“...You’re not going to kill me are you? Drop your sword!”

“Hahaha...I have no intentions of killing you, of course I know how that guy is. He is tough to deal with.”

“Then why are you doing this for him”

“Do you realize what you dealt with? He could've killed you and now you're greatly hurt!”

“I am going to die?!!”

“We’ll see about that if you live in the next 2 hours you won’t, if you are then you will”

“Is that suppose to.........h....el......p..........urgh”

I blacked out from the affects and the next moment I was in an unknown place, and I felt better then when I blacked out.

“I see you awoken”

“Who’s there?! Show yourself!” I demanded

“It’s just me”

“I don’t suppose you have a name?”

“Oh...uhh my name.. you want my name?”

“Why you done something illegal?”

“No-no It’s not that, it’s fine”

“Okay nameless what’s the big deal”

“Eston”

“Divianna”

“...Divianna like Divianna Whitney”

“You know of me, I’m not that famous”

“I know of the family, clothing for the poor or middle class, right?”

"For the poor excuse me?”

“Well your no rich class”

“By looking at you, you don’t look like one either”

“You may be surprised, but I in fact am”

“Oh, remind me why I shouldn’t be tick off”

“I’m a noble and I helped you”

"‘I’m a noble’,that what they all say”

“What’s wrong with them?”

“Too wealthy, but my parents think they’re alright...so I shouldn’t be saying anything. I should respect them, but I can’t”

“Let me tell you this, I’m supposed to know the name of most people around and I should be a knight”

“..Oh? So you know who and about everyone in this area?”

“Not about everyone...and not all about them”

“I prefer you wouldn’t know everything...I prefer my peaceful unheard of life”

“Why not, then everyone would know all about everyone and there would be no secrets”

“You don’t get it, do you?”

“You don’t want everyone to know about yourself, is that it?”

“Yes, and I would like to tell you one more thing, there is no point in being a knight. Most people can handle themselves!”

“And the few that can’t I shall help”

“The question is, can you?”

“I can, I’m decent”

“By the looks, I don’t see it or believe it”

“I’ll show you sometime! Seeing is believing”

“Not now, if you heard of me find me again. Then maybe I shall see, but if I have better things to do, I still might not go”

“Alright”

“I going to go, don’t follow me I can go by myself! I can handle myself!”

“So it all starts here, huh? Well I’ll look forward to it!”

I left the room he brought to me and went to my home.
